Love Looked at Me and Laughed and other poems - 4. like hope begging to dream

Poem no. 9. Seems to be filled with heartache. Just reading it, is making the eyes misty.

This is a wonderful example of how poetry speaks to us differently.  Where A sees heartbreak, I see someone who’s so consumed by/with love, totally gone for the other person, they never want that feeling to end.

Thank I was taken immediately by Poem 7. Poems 7 and 8 pull me upward, as the sun warmed air lifts a drifting bit of down, or lets a bird soar. But number 9 brings be back to earth, as rain falls under grey skies, or tears in a dark room. And now I am sad with you.

8 and 9 are both wonderful ... but it is 7 that touches me most deeply.   i know it well, that feeling ... feel it often in those most intimate of times ...  a beautiful trio AC. Thank you. xoxo
