This is a well told, compelling story of good versus a corrupt, powerful evil.

The Canadian Pacific Railroad tries to steal the land of the Merrickville citizens without paying for its expanding railroad line. Elias Sawyer , the local law man, and Theo Harding are first targeted to lose their farm, but actually all the landowners are eventually targeted. Their deeds are stolen when the bank is robbed. Hard working citizens are facing trained fighters who will do anything to beat them. The situation would seem even more  hopeless when the railroad hires a huge military type force to roll over the town. The citizens do not falter and organize to save their property and lives. The fight of their lives ensues and is wonderfully told.

You will read about heroes and heroic actions and see people being tested and not give up. You will like them. You will hate the evil railroad men and what they do will shock you. The back and forth struggles and the violence and settlement by guns and powder seem foreign to Merrickville today, but was instrument in its creation. People cared and fought and won.

This is a very dynamic tale about life in a peaceful rural small town which is suddenly overwhelmed by railroad agents who will not stop their attempts to gather property rights ethically or not. The local population is determined to protect their properties and their families no matter the cost. Hang on to your hat as this will take you on a bumpy inspired trip that will scare you, have you cheering, cause you to cry and lead to exclamations of pure joy! I highly recommend this book! 👏😃❤️

Deed is the sequel to Buckshot and will keep you enthralled from start to end.

Elias, Theo and the Silver Creek gang arrive in Canada and all seems well at first. That is until a vicious enemy wrapped in corporate respectability arrives on the scene and the same grit that defeated Cobb and Rourke is required anew.

A tale of love, determination and loyalty, Deed is a perfect read for a long weekend in.

This is the story of Theo and Elias who have settled down in Merrickville and enjoying a life of domestic bliss.

But unfortunately the Canadian Railroad has different ideas for the local lawman Theo.

After Theo and Elias have there farm destroyed, it doesn't take long for all of the town to be threatened.

There is a huge battle for our intrepid heroes as they face the might McCullough and Vance of the Railroad.

We will see plenty of familar faces in this battle of love, heroes, deciet and of course plenty of action, fighting, death and much more.

Give it a read you will not be disappointed.
