Rowan,  a young good looking scholar, works for an archbishop in Paris. A disturbing report has reached the senor church official's desk of an alleged werewolf killing children in a distant village. This terrible has to be mythical being charge upsets the archbishop who orders Rowan to investigate

After a long journey, Rowan visits the supposed youthful werewolf. The young man describes his killings and Rowan is disturbed. The boy has memorized what he is saying and is not believable. Rowan thinks someone has given him a story and is ruling him. He wonders why the boy is confessing to crimes that will certainty lead to his death.

Rowan twice visits the farmer who last employed him and finds what he needs to know

An interesting tale.

We have Rowan, sent by the Archbishop to investigate acts of a werewolf killing children.

Rowan vists the young man, in jail for these attacks and the farmer who employed him.

Rowan feels the boy isn't telling the truth and the farmer is hiding something.

Read on to discover if Rowan can find answers or disappoint the Archbishop.
