TJ's Journey to Parenthood - 3. Chapter 3

So Jake had gone into one of Helen’s dreams and told her about the babies.

“How did you know how many we had and will have total?” I asked confused

“I just know” Jake said

“How can this boy know? He’s only a child” Grandma Helen said

“Grandma, this might come as a shock but some of the family members have the ability to do things.” Jackson said

“Like what?” Grandma Helen asked

“For example, they can heal people. TJ, Jake and Nicky saved my life” Jackson said

“Nicky as in your cousin?” Grandma Helen questioned

“Yes, he said he got his powers, as he calls them, when his friend died” Jackson said

“What else can they do?” Grandma Helen asked

“We can come and go as we please and have telepathy.” I replied

“Wow, Margaret had said that Jill was working on something mysterious but I never knew it came to fruition.” Grandma Helen said

“What do you mean?” Jack asked

“Years ago Margaret was ranting that her sister was trying to change the world and make it a better place. She was coming up with ways for men to have babies, people to heal others, teleportation, telepathy amongst others. I always thought she was just full of shit.” Grandma Helen said

“Mom, how would our family fit in?” Jack asked

“I’m not sure but I can tell you that Jill was super smart and was doing research from a very young age.” Grandma Helen said

“My sister was in to science from a young age. She wanted to help me be a dad without having to go through the whole surrogate thing.” Bob said

“Considering she’s younger than you how the heck did she get you the ability to have a baby?” I asked

“She was working on something in her lab and injected me with something to alternate my DNA. She knew that Rylan and I wanted a baby badly and were having trouble finding a surrogate.” Bob said

“So then you had me?” Kevin said

“Yes. She was still alive when you were born but she died a few days later.” Bob said

“What happened to Rylan?” I asked

“He was murdered.” Kevin said quietly

“I am sorry if this is bringing up any bad memories. I just remember Bob saying you had your father’s last name.” I replied

“It’s ok TJ; it’s just not really talked about since the murder was never solved.” Kevin said

“I always suspected Margaret was behind his death but could never prove it. She never liked the fact that I was gay and tried her best to stop Jillian’s research.” Bob said

“You know Bob you might be right.” CC said

“What do you mean?” Bob asked

“Margaret was never right in the head and I wouldn’t have put it past her.” CC said

“Rylan’s family had put out a huge reward for any clues but we never found out who did it.” Bob said

“So she injected you with changed DNA but how did I get the ability?” I asked

“I think Jillian did tests on herself and your father had the ability to conceive so it was passed to you and your brothers.” Bob said

“Do you think it made dad’s genes stronger? Reason I ask is mom had all boys and we resemble dad more than we did mom.” I asked

“It’s very possible but as you Kyle looks nothing like me; he does look just like his father.” Bob said

“I still don’t understand how we are all connected” Jackson said

“Well Jackson, you and Trace were conceived via Tristan so some of his DNA must have transferred to your brothers. As for the other’s someone must have worked for the lab in ohio” Bob said

“Do you think others in the family have these abilities but are afraid to say?” Jackson asked

“It’s possible. I am just surprised that Grayson and Beau don’t have many of the same abilities as TJ does.” Bob said

“Well look at Kevin’s boys and their abilities.” CC said

“True; Grayson and Beau have you noticed anything?” Bob asked

“Not really” Grayson said

“Other than having a baby, no” Beau said

“Well we will see if anything changes” Bob said

“Enough talking about this; let’s just relax.” CC said

“Sir, Jamie is not napping” Mack said bring Jamie out

“He is quite the troublemaker” I said taking him and he began cooing

“He just misses his daddy” Jake said

“I bet he does” I replied and smiled down at him

“Maybe he likes to be the center of attention” Beau said

“Yeah just like his dad” Grayson chimed in

“I don’t like being the center of attention” I replied

“Babe sorry sometimes you do” Jackson said

“Whatever” I said and rolled my eyes

“Brudder, T3 loves being with you.” Tristan said

“How do you know?” I asked

“I can talk with him and he’s been trying to talk with you.” Tristan replied

“Oh, well I didn’t know that.” I said surprised

“He told me he saw Ja-wack-sin without his clothes this morning” Tristan said

“Yeah he did” I replied

“He had questions I not know the answer to.” Tristan said

“Like what little man?” I asked

“Like will he get that big” Tristan said

“Tall like Jackson?” I tried to clarify

“No his tinkle.” Tristan said and I spit out my water

“His what?” I said in disbelief

“Tinkle” Tristan repeated

“Ok, let’s change the subject” I said

“Will you help him?” Tristan insisted

“Once he and I can talk and he’s old enough to understand” I replied

“Ok, can we go swimming?” Tristan asked

“Yeah we can. Have you talked to Cody and Christian at all?” I asked

“Yes” He said

“How are they doing?” I asked

“TJ, the boys are doing well they’ve spent time with Brooks and Miles up in San Francisco.” Kevin answered

“I am glad they are spending time together.” I said

“Christian has asked about you. Apparently he’s disappointed that you haven’t moved to California yet.” Kevin said

“Life kind of got in the way.” I replied

“So my dad and I bought Buff Boys.” Kevin said out of the blue

“Why did you do that? I had talked with Jackson about doing it.” I replied

“You had the whole let’s kill TJ drama and Dad and I were able to make them an offer they couldn’t refuse. We did put Miles and Brooks in charge of the place.” Kevin said

“I just wish I could have been involved.” I replied sadly

“TJ, we did it once we found out how shady the owner was. He was a sex trafficker and we dealt with that.” Bob said

“Dealt with it?” I said surprised

“We made him the offer and then found out what the club was a front for. Using my connections I had them investigated and the club was shut down. I couldn’t let Brooks be without a job to help him through school, so I purchased the club from the government for a small fee.” Bob said

“So what happened to the owners?” I asked

“Well they were in jail waiting for trial when word got around what they had done. It’s against the code to do anything to a child; so they both met an unfortunate end.” Bob said

“Wow, I can’t believe it.” I said

“We will have to go for a visit so you can see what we’ve done to the club. Brooks had a lot of input and we made a whole lot of changes. The place is a whole lot cleaner and we are pulling in more money than they did before.” Bob said

“Yeah it was a dump and they took most of the tips” I replied

“Yeah they were greedy. We rehabbed the surrounding building and expanded the club. Upstairs we made room for those who were working there but living on the street. Miles came up with that idea. I didn’t want to rent to complete strangers so this worked out well.” Bob said

“That was very nice of you. I know a few dancers lived on the street and I let a few stay with me occasionally. I had told Rusty he should have gotten a bigger place and we could rent the rooms to the guys but he was hesitant.” I said

“Probably due to his brother and the spying on you; have you talked to him?” Bob asked

“Not in a while.” I said

“Probably should give him a call. Preston told me that Mark and Rusty have been doing really well and even took a trip to England to see his mother.” Bob replied

“Wait a minute… England. Do you think Alex and Ethan could have gotten information about us from Rusty’s mom?” I asked

“Anything is possible but she doesn’t know much about our family. My mother was a Grant and moved over to the states when she was a teenager. He parents had a feud back home and came here to escape it. Mom never went back but occasionally she’d slip into her British accent.” Bob said

I looked up and saw Jamie sitting with Jackson and bouncing on his knee while talking with his grandparents. I occasionally saw Jerry and Helen touch each other’s hands. Maybe there was hope for them and they would reconnect.

“Daddy, could you tell daddy to stop bouncing me” I heard

“Jamie?” I said and heard giggles

“Who else is being bounced around silly daddy” Jamie replied

“Hey babe, let me take Jamie. You’ve been bouncing him on your knee for a bit” I said

“That’s cool. I think we should have the others out here socializing” Jackson said

“Tell daddy I want Mattie” Jamie said

“Well let’s get Mattie first” I replied

“Ok, I’ll get Mattie and maybe a playpen to set them down in” Jackson said

“Kev, could you help Jackson with grabbing a playpen?” I asked

“I can do it” Jack said

“Oh I thought you were talking with your parents and I didn’t want to be rude” I replied

“Nonsense; I want to see all my grandchildren.” Jack replied

“That’s fine; could you ask Mack and his team to bring all the babies out.” I replied

“Who’s Mack?” Jackson said

“He’s the head nurse. I asked his name as I got tired of saying hey you or nurse” I replied

“That sounds logical” Jack said

Jack and Jackson took off and I sat and stared at Jamie

“So Jamie, you asked about your father’s tinkle?” I said to him telepathically

“Yes, it’s HUGE” he said

“That’s because he’s all man and you’re a little boy” I said

“Will I get one that big?” he asked

“Ask me when you are older.” I said

“Darn I am trying to learn” Jamie replied

“Well you are too young.” I said

“You ok TJ, you look a bit dazed” Kevin said taking a seat

“Just thinking” I replied

“Daddy you is a liar” Jamie said laughing

“Hush T3” I said

“I can feel your tinkle grow when you think about daddy” he said giggling

“TJ?” Kevin said

“Uh sorry Kev just distracted.” I replied

“I can tell you must be thinking about something fun” Kevin said and his eyes went to my crotch

“Oh crap,” I said and moved Jamie in front of me and Kevin laughed

“Well sometimes a breeze will cause you to do that.” Kevin said

“Just thinking about Jackson” I said

“Afraid someone will get pregnant?” Kevin asked quietly

“Yeah we don’t want to have another one yet.” I replied

“Don’t worry it will happen only when you are both ready.” Kevin said

Jackson came out carrying Mattie and Jamie started to reach for his brother. After Helen and CC set-up the playpens the babies were placed in them to enjoy themselves.

“Uncle TJ?” I heard

“Uh who is this?” I asked and heard multiple giggles

“Dis is cool, we can talk to you. I Grayson” one replied

“I Lucas” the other one said

“If you can really hear us come over” Grayson said

I walked over to where my brother’s boys were

“Pick me up” Lucas said and I picked him up and he started cooing

“What’s going on” Beau asked

“Lucas asked me to come over and pick him up. Grayson come get your name sake too” I replied

“So our boys reached out to you?” Lucas said

“Yes they did. Jamie’s been talking to Tristan and me” I said

“I think we need to figure out how we can talk to them too” Grayson said

“It could be a whole lot of trouble if they talk to you and no one else.” Beau said

“They talk to Tristan, Jake and Josh too” I replied

“Oh, that could be worse” Grayson said

“No it’s not that bad. We just need to get you guys in tune” I said

I saw Helen, Jerry, Stan and Beth sitting there smiling at the kids. They definitely were content watching the babies in the playpens.

“Daddy you need to relax” Jamie said

“I’m ok” I replied

“No you on edge and need to relax” Jamie said

“Why don’t you and daddy go upstairs” I heard from an unfamiliar voice

“Daddy that was Mattie, I could tell you was confused” Jamie said

“Ok if you insist” I replied

“Hey babe, want to get away for a few?” I asked

“I thought you’d want to with all the extra eyes on the kiddo’s.” Jackson said with a smile

“Oh daddy’s gonna do it” Jamie said

“Yes, let’s go before the mood is ruined” I said

We walked into the house to find Cam pinned to the wall by Kaiden. I cleared my throat to let them know we were there.

“Hello boys” Jackson said

“Uh sorry we didn’t hear you come in” Kaiden said and Cam blushed

“Just take that to a room and not in the family room” I said and grabbed Jackson and ran up the stairs

“This is what we needed” I said kissing him and pushing him onto the bed

“Bow chicka bow wow” I heard Jamie say and giggle

“Mood lost” I said sitting up

“What?” Jackson said confused

“I can talk to our sons. Jamie wanted to know if his penis would get as big as yours. I also just heard him say bow chicka bow wow.” I said and fell over and Jackson laughed

“Boy we need to figure this who telepathy thing out.” Jackson said

“For sure, I don’t need the kids knowing what we are up too.” I replied

“We need to do something.” Jackson said

“I agree. Let me try and block them” I said and we started to make love.

Things got pretty heavy and we heard cooing coming from the chairs and both stopped and turned to look.
