The Bomb - Prologue. Prologue

War is terrible, Unwarranted destruction, untold death’s. Families lost, death an immediate future. Why what happened to cause such massive destruction? Could it have been prevented? Could men find a way to solve problems peacefully? Is arrogance, greed, and a desire for power all that important that 1000’s must die. Cities destroyed, precious art lost, all for satisfying someone’s ego?

Ooh. This Prologue seems unfortunately to be a prelude to places we don't want to go or be. Where evil begets evil. One only hopes salvation and/or redemption survives, even if only a faint ember.
