The Lottery - Prologue. Prologue

If you won the Lotto for a million dollars, what would you do? How would you handle that amount of money, invest? Take a long vacation? Buy an expensive home and a new car? Maybe you would do what Jeff Simpson did.

Right now, I would know exactly what I would do. Exactly. I say 'right now' because of the home that is available right now that I would love to have if I could, etc.

I wonder if that would be true. Would you buy that home and then what would you do if you found that what you thought wasn't true. I.E. the roof leaked, the basement walls were cracked. Sometimes what looks good on the outside isn't good on the inside. But I understand your wish.

The whole project is a renovation. As soon as I saw it I knew what I would do to the place. Every space/room changes in some way. Including the small backyard.

But of course you'd get an Inspector through the property, do all the normal checks, etc before hand.

That would be a fun project.

So you are going to do it.
