Initially unable to determine what caused his interview to go more poorly than expected, Jeff begins to realize that there's underlying issues at play.

Written in response to the July 2018 Newsletter Game: Pride Month Headline. My headline: "Report: “Gay glass ceiling” prevents gay men from being promoted." While the headline itself did not include a reference to Pride, it stuck out to me and I felt it an intriguing write.
