The Wig Heist 2. Drag'n'Drama

   (3 reviews)
Genres: Comedy, Mystery,
Sub-genres: Comedy Modern, Detective

Disaster strikes backstage at The Velvet Peacock.

Plunge into a sparkling parody of classic whodunits where false lashes replace fingerprints and interrogations come with sequined trench coats and a flamingo pen. In this delirious take on a “missing wig” caper, five over-the-top drag queens spark an avalanche of tantrums, catfights, and comedic revelations.

If you love crime stories but wish they had more glitter and sass, this chaotic romp will keep you howling until the final, wig-snatching twist.

If you'd like to read an off-beat mystery about a missing item at a drag queen performance, then you'll have to check this short story out.  The characters' names will bring a smile to your face and their antics will cause you to chuckle, and even laugh out loud at times.  It's a quick read, with some wonderful descriptions, and it will help to brighten a bad day, so do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Delilah didn‘t want to say anything, wouldn‘t dream of accusing anyone, but…

Drama is intense as self-declared would-be Inspectreuse Coco brandishes her sequined trenchcoat, a notepad and her sharp, flamingo-topped pen to gather clues about Delilah‘s missing wig. Yes, the chartreuse one! And showtime is just moments away…

A must read for anyone with a sense for real drama or who doesn‘t know what color Chartreuse is.
