St. George and the Dragon - 11. Chapter 11: Rampage

According to legend, prior rampages had been a wonton slaking of lust. Under Prince Fred, it was more a house-by-house visit, offering of sexual favors, most refused gratefully, accepting congratulations and good wishes. Stories were shared of Robby’s inexhaustible demands and the aftermath of his frequent visits.

Fred and Bill, hand-in-hand, listened politely, sometimes asking for a room to share a private passion. Many villager peered through keyholes and chinks in walls to enjoy the loving the two shared. Paul accepted a number of invitations to become better acquainted with various villagers and was soon seen in the company of one special friend much of the time.

Alf, he took over the servicing of the needy asses of the village that missed Robby’s attentions. This outlet for desire and the rightful acknowledgement he received instilled a visible confidence in Alf. His father showed his pride in place of teasing.

The vicar found that he had to embellish the more modest events of the rampage to meet the Bishop’s expectations. A few rounds with Alf, however, lent sufficient verisimilitude to the proceedings at each of the Bishop’s visits. Otherwise, the vicar assumed a role far in the background to the Prince’s court.

Mayhew could not have been prouder. First for the selection of his grandson as prince. He accepted the honor as his own, welcoming Prince Fred and his court at the pub, offering them privacy for their meetings – which mostly comprised sharing somewhat exaggerated stories of the rampage over a few too many drinks.

The village was certainly quieter than it had been under Robby’s reign, perhaps a little dull according to some pub regulars, though certainly more loving and at ease.

Charles lent his little used Rover to Fred, allowing him to pursue his education in Welton while sharing his pub duties with Bill. Fred and Bill soon moved into the garage apartment on Charles’s property, precluding the need to ask for private spaces to meet.

Robby transitioned easily, more easily than Charles or even Robby himself expected. He was accorded every respect by the villagers, but no longer feared. He contracted for work and delivered reliably, expecting only payment for his construction services. On occasion he was approached for more personal services, which he managed to refuse graciously. Charles was met with urgent demands, however, when Robby’s ego or cock was tempted too intensely. Charles was delighted to give Robby the attention he needed.

Epilogue: Gay Erotic Romance

Robby came in early one evening to find Charles lost in mad typing on his computer. Robby had entered surreptitiously, hoping to surprise Charles and carry him off for a romp. Charles remained unconscious of his presence until Robby’s repeated throat clearing and foot tapping finally penetrated.

“I’m feeling taken for granted. There was once a time when a mere hint of my presence was enough to drive you mad. Now, I’m ignored.”

Charles rose from his chair and embraced Robby with more than one overly intimate touch. “You have my attention now. What is your delight?”

“Nevermind that, well, not nevermind, we can get back to that in a few minutes. What are you working on? It must be a hell of a lot more interesting than the article on English Country Roses you have been laboring over for the past three months.”

“Oh, it is, way more interesting. I received a letter from Uncle Jack’s publisher. It turns out Uncle Jack was writing more than scholarly works on the Pre-Raphaelite movement. He was writing full on porn. Of course, he labeled his books as ‘gay erotic romances’. I ran into town and found some in the bookstore, in the back room. I can’t imagine why no one ever mentioned them before, I suppose they thought I knew. We’ve been living on the proceeds of a smut lord. What fun.”

“Yes, that’s pretty special. But what are you up to that you can ignore the magnificent me.?”

“I’m writing about us.”

“Us?”

“Yes, the wonderful story of us, since I came to the village and all the fun we’ve had.”

“All of it?”

“Well, most of it. I’ve been a little vague on the exact details of our sex life, but I’ve sufficient hints for readers to fill in the gaps.”

“Speaking of filling in gaps, I’ve got one that needs filling…”

“Why, who’s got you going today, not that you need any encouragement. After last night, I’m somewhat surprised I’m still able to walk.”

“You loved it.”

“And I love you.”

“Back at you, lover.”

“Upstairs, I’m not waiting anymore.”

“You say the sweetest things.”

“So who was it?”

“Who was what?”

“Today’s tease.”

“Oh, Alf, he came to my rescue. Mr. Miller, he was needing in a bad way, well, a good way, and he caught me walking back from the Manor. He managed to lure me into the barn, when…”

“He managed to lure you into the barn?”

“Yes, he said the bull had been kicking up some in his stall.”

“His bull…”

“That’s what he said.”

“And you believed him? How did Alf come into it”

“I’d say Alf came into him, a couple of times.”

“I don’t know, he just showed up. Funny, Alf has been around a lot lately, now that I think about it.”

“Is that so? I say all innocent-like.”

“I think I’m suspicious that you’ve got Alf spying on me.”

“It is my job, the ancient obligation of every St. George, to keep the ‘dragon’ in check. I love it too much to slay it.”
