Cyn's Poetry Collection - 1. The Power of Hope

The Power of Hope:
Written by SoullessCynner

The Power of Hope can get you through,
Even when it seems everyone's against you.
It can make any day seem brighter,
Because it also makes you a great fighter.

The Power of Hope is a wonderful thing to behold,
Because it can warm your soul, so it's foretold.
Embrace your loss with a smile and a pleasant thought,
Because it helps if you remember what you've been taught.

The Power of Hope can change your life.
It can melt the ice and take away your strife.
It can help you see the light in the darkest of times.
It can make even the littlest things seem sublime.

The Power of Hope can open your eyes for you to see,
Just how wonderful God intended you to always be.
Just believe and it will dry your salty tears,
And it will even disperse of all your fears.

I have embraced the Power of Hope,
Clinging tightly to that thin ray as if it were a rope.
I know happiness beyond belief,
And I must say; it's a great relief.
