Eloquence From the Heart - 5. Natural Love

my submission for valentines day. sorry for the sappiness

The stars in the night sky

Replicates the sparkle of your eyes

The gentle aroma flowing off flowers

Reminds me of your skin

The soaring song of the nightingale

Is the sound of your voice

The thunder of hooves on the plains

Is the beating of your heart

The wind whispering through the willow trees

Are your fingers on my skin

The moonlight breaking through the clouds

Is dimmed by the smile touching your face

Noontime in the hottest deserts

Is cold compared to your hugs

The tears that stand on my cheeks

Shows the world how much I care
