  1. Boy, time flies when all you do is work. We made it to another Friday, so, let's see if these new prompts appeal to you. Prompt 818 - Creative Tag - Money Woes This hasn't been your year. First there was there was the accident, where someone totaled your car, but they drove off afterwards and your insurance wouldn't pay for the hit and run. Then there was the hospital bill from your fall where you broke your arm. You have insurance but considering it is only February you hadn't begun to meet your deductible and now had $3000 you owed. Finally, your job announced budget cuts and your hours at work were cut. With bills piling up you're forced to take drastic actions. How do you solve your money woes? Prompt 819 - Creative Tag - First Line "Just you wait 'cause my revenge will be epic!" Hopefully someone will take up the challenge and go write a new tale. If you do please post your response and link it in the Writer's Circle Prompts so it can be featured here. Until next time, remember to read, write, comment, and like. Stay safe.
  2. Welcome. Next Friday is Valentine's day and I have some new prompts to help create the mood. Prompt 814 - Creative Tag - Cupid's Beau When you left to go out this morning the last thing you expected to do was fall over a stunning young man. As you apologize profusely you hear him mention a "missed shot" and a "missing arrow." When he finally straightens up and looks you in the eyes you feel drawn to him. When he asks you out, what happens? Prompt 815 - Creative Tag - First Line "True love's kiss? What is this? A fairytale?" So do either of the prompts appeal to you? If so, when you write your story, please, remember to link it in the prompt forum. 'Til next time. Remember to read, write, comment, and like. Stay well.
  3. We made it to the end of January. You know that means Valentine's Day is right around the corner. These prompts will either help you create something romantic or perhaps murderous. It all depends on how you take them. So, another Friday collection of prompts for you. Prompt 812 - Creative Tag - First Line "Do you think it will finally happen tonight?" Prompt 813 - Creative Tag - The Roses After a long day at work you find a long stemmed red rose on your door step. There was no card but you figured it might be a mistake. The following morning you wake and find another rose on the front windshield of your car, another at your desk at work, and when you finally come home again find yet another on your bedroom pillow. Are these romantic gestures or something else? Does either one appeal to you? If so write your tale. Be sure to share it in the prompt forum too. 'Til next time. Remember to read, write, comment, and like. Stay well.
  4. Is it me, or is this month just flying by? Here we are at another Friday and hopefully things go well. I do apologize. Last week was a mess of mistakes. Seems I mis-numbered the prompts and then I didn't post them in the prompt thread. Not one of my best moments. However, all that has been corrected and I have new temptations for your consideration. Prompt 808 - Creative Tag - Partners You were paired up to solve the murder of the little fairy. Someone must have gotten a laugh out of putting the male tree nymph and the young cleric together as partners. Now you have to solve the crime before the fairy's body fades away. What happened? Prompt 809 - Creative Tag - First Line "Touch me again and I'll rip off all of your appendages and feed them to you. Understood?" So do either of the prompts catch your attention? If so, then go write! 'Til next time. Remember to read, write, comment and like.

Prompt 804 - Creative Tag - First Line "The hell am I wasting my first kiss of the year on you!" Prompt 805 - Creative Tag - New Year You weren't feeling well last night so you went to bed early. The last thing you remember was wishing that everything would be better when you woke. As you open your eyes you notice the room is different. You go to get up and suddenly alarms go off and a nurse comes rushing in. When you finally calm down you are horrified when the nurse tells you, "I'm sorry but today is the first of January twenty-thirty." What happened to you? Did either appeal to you? Then write. Chemicals released on by the warriors from both planets have caused major changes on the people, plants, and animals. 21. We are almost to the weekend and for some people, that means Easter, Spring recess, and a break from normal routines. It means a bit of free time to perhaps write. That might be for the upcoming anthology or just maybe a new prompt story. Considering it is Friday, I have new prompts to tease you and tempt you into writing. Prompt 752 – Creative Tag – First Line Wherever he stepped the sandy beach burned and left glass imprints of his footsteps like a bizarre pathway out of hell. Prompt 753 – Creative Tag – Rebirth You knew when you married your partner that you were accepting the problems that come with it. Different beliefs, habits, and holidays are the least of it for the two of you. Today they started the rebirth cycle. They’ve said goodbye to everyone and will spend their final hours with you before the cocoon forms. When the cocoon opens they will be reborn. Your mate will remember everything but they will have changed. They could be the opposite sex, much younger, or the same sex but their appearance will be vastly different. Their race is known for this and goes through rebirth every twenty-five years. They live a total of close to nearly three hundred years if they don’t accidentally die. What has happened to your partner? Will they stay with you or move on? Unfortunately, I don't think anyone has taken on the prompts lately. If you have and want to share please add the link below. Remember to read, write, and comment. Enjoy life! Until next time.
