My 2nd worst day ever

Today I got the talk from my boss. His partner left the firm and he can't afford to keep me. I join the mass ranks of the unemployed. :(

 

How can this day get any worse? Add a robbery. While I was inside a convenience store a thug helped himself to my new i-Phone, debit card and a gas card. :angry:

 

Now I'm afraid to leave the house. :ph34r:

 

Never ask What else could go wrong. It will.

 

How many times do I have to get up after being floored? Just the next time.

What the hell man? That's a really rough day.

 

Doesn't everyone secretly want a new job anyway? I'm not one of these "everything happens for a reason," people, but I know that a lot of good can come out of a change of environment.

I thought I had a bad week... :(

 

Just don't ever say this can't get any worse because it does, life humiliates you until you just don't care. I am sorry, but that is true. The only way to deal with that is to keep bouncing back, take baby steps forward when ever it is possible.

I know the feeling of sudden unemployment. \the panic is too fresh not to remember and sympathise. As for the robbery... bastards.

 

You're one of the toughest people I know. I know you'll be okay in the end. In the meantime it's okay to fall apart and be weak for a time.

Eventually, the calamities you described will become a matter of lasting insignificance. I know from experience. You will prevail, although it currently feels like a major defeat. You appear, from your words, to have great stamina and a sense of survival. f**k the world and go on.
