Your poem is wonderful, molly. I think you know my feelings regarding family, sadly we all aren't so lucky.  You dId what was necessary. You should be proud. 

I just came across this and I'm glad that I did. This is a wonderful poem and very moving Molly. Families generally cause the most heartache, but it seems that you have been able to draw inspiration from your experience and turn it into something beautiful. It says a lot about your character.

I do sometimes miss an extended family, but we've created a wonderful family of choice where we are.
