Fun fact time.  At one time lollygagging had a second meaning.  It was a synonym for flirting. 

Example:  The Alpha sternly warned his son to stop lollygagging with his Enforcer. 

Example: Ron was once again gagging as Harry lollygagged with Draco.

Example: Some readers love to lollygag with the authors in their comments on GA.

I won't explain what I always pictured when I read this word.
