I find it awful to deal with offal, so I buy things pre-trimmed for cooking.

Here's an offal idea. Mom used to add minced offal to the turkey broth made from the carcass, then use it as a base for turkey noodle soup.

Too many of today's movies are just plain awful. Many of the authors on this site can and have written much better than the absolute offal Hollyweird is excreting.

Offal - it sounds as if they're talking about pig's feet, among other culinary delights that I prefer not to have on my menu.

If you travel abroad, you rapidly discover the popularity of offal in cuisine.

drpaladin is again 100% correct.  East Asian diets include many uses for offal.  I don't want to make anyone more sick than my first comment, so you'll have to Google to find out more.  Just enter "recipes for...the animal...the particular offal".  Be sure to have a lined wastebasket near! 🤮

Unfortunately, many cultures end up including offal in their diets because they have to make do with what's available.  This might be a current situation or something that they or relatives have used in the past and have acquired a taste for, but either way it came about due to necessity.  I have a suspicion that possibly hot dogs came about in that fashion, but I'm not convinced it's the case with chicken nuggets.  It seems more of a situation of using every part of the chicken and eliminating waste in the production process.  However, I would like to thank @drpaladinand @raven1for pointing those items out.
