Harry had dyslexia and his blithesome came out as blightsome.

When I was younger, there were women who were named Blithe or Blythe, which meant carefree or cheerful.  I suppose there are women that still have that name, but I'm just not familiar with them.

The popularity of Blythe peaked in 2012 with 123 per million.

Blithe always reminds me of Anne of Green Gables, with Gilbert Blythe, which I always thought was ironic considering that was much more Anne's character trait and he was her "nemesis".
