Love the gif.  George was one of my favorite characters in Seinfeld.  Kramer was too, and between the two of the left Jerry chafing at the bit. 

Babies, as well as the elderly that have an incontinence problem, may become victims of diaper rash and chafing if their diapers are not changed frequently.    

In the summer months. Southern heat and humidity will chafe anybody.
