I have an old family recipe for wild rice and shrimp casserole I make for Thanksgiving and put in two square ramekins. One, I cook for Thanksgiving, the other I freeze for Christmas a month later. I made it for a dinner-on-the- grounds, and it went faster than Anne-Marie's pecan pralines.
