I very much loved this, I found it sweet and humbling. Although the style it's written grated on me a little bit. It seemed to be more of a historical retelling. I'll have a think about why I actually feel that way about it, but over-all it was very nice indeed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention Benji

.....Humm!! That was one of the strong points that I liked about this story, the historical POV, the era described was very vivid to me. I could relate to much of it.
