oh it's the restaurant week in NL and there's a english tab to switch it to english. it's just for those that happens to be in NL during end of august. it's fine dinning at selected famous restaurants but they are charging it cheap so pple get to enjoy and experience it. they also organise the belgium, french and UK restaurant week too..

 

some meals goes as low as 26 euro for a 3 to 4 course meal. a good price considering normal prices tends to be higher than that. the website lets you do advance booking for the restaurants you would like to try out. one would need reservation to get the special price and it is good to book early as some of the more popular places gets booked pretty fast,

I am soooo dumb! I didn't even see it.

 

But that is such a cool idea. There are so many restaurants we never ate at because they were too expensive for our budget. We have something similar here called First Thursday. On the first Thursday of each month all the museums, art galleries stay open late and the restaurants offer special deals on meals and drinks. If the weather cooperates, the street becomes one big cocktail party.
