Delaware Passes Civil Unions Bill

 

Pretty cool! I'll remain cautiously optmistic about this, but I honestly never thought that I would still be in my 20's when civil unions passed in my home state. I really thought that if I wound up settling down, I'd have to move to New Jersey.

What's a Delaware?

It was the first state to ratify the Constitution, on December 7th, 1787. It's the second-smallest state in the Union, and it's located east of Maryland, South of Pennsylvania, and North of Maryland.
