How can I stop the new software update notifications when someone merely posts in a thread I’ve posted in - I just want them if there’s a response, or “@Zombie” mention, or a new Message.

You need to update your Notification settings.  Link is in the member menu and when you click the notification bell.  or here: https://gayauthors.org/notifications/options/
