If you were around about twenty years ago (those were the days!), back when DomLuka and dkstories were still actively posting, some of you may remember a little story I wrote and posted here, called Someday Out of the Blue. I never realized how difficult and tiring it is to write a novel, and then life kind of got in the way, and I took a 20-year hiatus from writing.

Fortunately, I'm in a position (and state of mind) where I am back to writing again (with much better writing skills this time, since writing is my profession), with my new novel, Swing for the Fences, currently in process. It has been an incredible journey so far, and now that I have the time to write more, I'm writing A LOT. I have another new novel, Medellin, which is nearly finished, and I'll start posting it when SFTF is complete, followed by a likely sequel to SFTF, and then I have a bunch of other ideas floating around in my head. I've also gone back and reread some of my favorite stories way back in the day, and that has been a real hoot! Lots and lots of memories.

Finally, to sort of bring things full circle, I'm planning on doing a "completely revised" version of the old Someday Out of the Blue novel, with lots and lots of changes, more like the way I would have liked to have written it if I had only been a little better of a writer at the time. I have no idea when that would actually happen, it could be a scenario where every once in a while (like every month or so), I redo a single chapter, post it, and then have to wait another month or so for the next chapter as I work on them between other projects, but eventually I'd like to get there and turn it into something much more fresh, relevant, and realistic.

But anyway, whether you remember me from way back in the day, 20 years ago, or whether I'm a complete stranger to you, but you're interested in my stories, please feel free to drop me a line, and if you haven't yet, please check out Swing for the Fences and let me know what y'all think or what I could to to make the sequel better!

Love to you all,

Little Buddha
