  1. I should try this on campus and see how long it takes for someone to help me when I'm... 1) made up like a homeless person who wandered in 2) a regular student just out of class 3) dressed like a businessman wearing a large and obvious "Google Recruiter" badge
  2. I don't know who Andy is but he sound hot!!
  3. Here are my 2 & 1/2 cents I get Tet and if I'm not too far off, his train of thought isn't as defensive as his posts are coming through. "Phobia" is too strong for this line of discussion, if anything it's homo-dislike and I use homo in the sense of "gay" personalities and demeanors typically thought of in gay men. We can sit and argue semantics and whatnot all day but I think the general idea can be understood by everybody. It's all a clash of interest...strong interest, and big macho boy Tet here being the outspoken guy he is isn't out to get anyone or put any groups of people down. However, I also get where the end of his remarks can make people uncomfortable, so Tet, don't get so defensive about masculinity/feminimity, you don't have to keep reassuring everyone here that you're big man on campus with a low rumbling voice and a grip that can crush walnuts and whatnot . There's undoubtly much more to masculinity than strictly physical appearances and actions and there are no boxes or LABELS people fit in. (Can I have my 1/2 cent back?) (Btw I think I'm masculine but then again I have taken it up the backside...I wouldn't doubt that my whole school would unanimously vote that my masculinity train has left the station for that reason alone LOL)
  4. Despite what people tell me, I still believe this is a porn site and even though I haven't found a single video clip yet in the 2 years I've searched (and none of these so called "members" aka porn stars are willing to share their stuff), I'm never giving up
  5. Even though you're a couple of years older than me, you're still pretty young. People switch careers even in their 30s and I'm willing to bet there's a significant number of 25 year olds out there who haven't a clue where they'll end up either. Don't sweat it, life has a way of working things out and making ends meet if you keep a good atitude and do what you are suppose to. Also, one thing about being "optimistic"...I don't think optimism is intended to be this thing people force themselves to achieve or maintain against the grain. What I mean is, forcing yourself to think blank happy thoughts when you believe deep down things suck doesn't really do much good. I think being truly optimistic is working your thoughts and feeling all the way through and come to an understanding with yourself that the circumstances and situations in your life isn't so bad after all and that your don't have to force a smile on your face to smile. Go for that instead : )
  6. I doubt anyone who commented really cares however the kid may end up but given the nature of this forum, people will call on BS no matter who wrote what. Sure, ultimately we shouldn't try to come to quick conclusions about people but to me, this thread turned in a direction that made it a complete joke. and lest you forget Jamessavik, you PMed me something bitter and hateful the last time I wrote something your own personal values didn't find acceptable, so go ahead and pick your pot or kettle.
  7. Craigslist much? Hahahahahahahahahahaha dude you're such a tool and you don't even realize. The problem with you is that you have a warped sense of how the world really works, what true respect is and what it takes to be a real man.
  8. Absolutely. I've lived in multiple countries and gotta say variety is the spice of life. I hope nobody understands this as me saying the United States isn't a quality place to reside but in my own opinion, there's really nothing mindblowingly special about living here even though I do call it home and have placed my own share of loyalty. I see myself going international after completing as much education as I can. The world is small enough as it is, why limit it even more?
  9. Many of you forget that she did not write the song herself and is basically being used as a publicity puppet by the music industry. They got what they needed from her. If someone is willing to pay you a large sum to sing a song (even if you recognize it's not great work) you'd all do it.

  11. The thing with Bieber, Kesha and Gaga is that they are pop music, and just like how pop music intends, they're simple and pretty catchy under the right circumstances. I don't much enjoy any of the 3 artists you listed in general but "Baby" is probably one of the catchiest songs I've heard and I do like it a lot. Same with Tik Tok, Telephone and what not and for the purpose they serve, I say they're pretty darn good. Personal taste doesn't serve as good objective judgement on what's good and bad, right or wrong, blah blah blah, not to mention the experience of listening to music is very subjective, so......don be hatinnnnnnn (Friday is definitely trash though)
  12. Not in my range of interests at all. It's not only that I find no interest in the guy, because I can look at a pebble on the ground and find no interest, but in all honestly, the kid in the pic invokes a generous amount of distaste in me. There's probably essay lengths of reasons why certain people are turned on or off by certain things and it's interesting to think about, but doesn't really matter.
  13. Definitely. My dad's 8 years older then my mom and it ain't no thang when its dealing with the 40-50s age range but when my dad was in college, my mom was just leaving elementary school hahahha
  14. "I can't turn in my homework because I couldn't find anyone to copy it from"
  15. I smell a breakup in the (near) future. You don't get to have your cake and eat it too without some consequences. I know a guy who pretty much did what you did and....well..... Buuuuuuuut what the hell, it's college, you seem like you wanna play alpha and get laid, so do that, it's not hard.
  16. Sure, no arguments there. My comment was made in reference to something said earlier in the line of convo
  17. Snooki getting punched in the face for telling a guy off
  18. I want to go down on you & make you happy. Then I want to come back up slowly and f**k you good and hard. --Yours Truly, Gas Prices
  19. Pleazz...you take that as the truth and you'll end up just like the guy who said it
  20. Whoever wants to step up, I guess. That's the beauty of gay relationships, you don't get fitted into a certain role....unless you make it that way. "If you like it then you shoulda put a ring on it."
  21. I agree I don't think the purpose of the video was to discount the values of having a partner in life but rather to say that there comes a point in many young adults lives where wanting companionship becomes a degenerating need to have someone else look out for your own well-being and that's a problem. Love makes the world go around and sure, it's prolly one of the best things, if not THE best thing, to have a person there walking with you down the road but love doesn't just come from others, it can come from yourself for yourself. I tend to think that when people are content with who they are and what they're capable of, they find peace and a sense of well-being that can only come from the soul. Another person can give you a lot but they can't give you exactly that, because if they could, then every individual who are coupled would suddenly have their troubles shed but that never happens in the long run. But then again, I have had my own share of lonely nights and feeling miserable for the same reasons so I know that the want for companionship is pretty damn strong.
  22. As funny as this is, it's true, so take to heart (substitute "girlfriend" if it applies to you) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMFpZRDYha4&feature=player_embedded
