And thank you too, Nephy! I had two birthday parties (Thursday and Friday) and had everything I wanted and had a great time. Thanks for your best wishes.
You know that boats are hardly cheaper than flying... Especially if you have to travel from some place (by public transport) to London.
Besides, who the flies with KLM these days anyways? I'd go for some cheap-ass company like Ryanair.
With me, it depends on my mood.
I live in a student flat in the Netherlands where I share the bathroom and kitchen, and those are reasonably clean.
Sometimes I am just NOT in the mood for cleaning, and it can take quite some time before I do. But usually my room is very neat and tidy. It also has an effect on school work: I can't study in a messy room. That's why it has to look nice and proper all the time. Especially when friends come over.
Hey meowsan!
You can just walk into the VVV Office (Dutch tourist board) which isn't far from the train station. They will have flyers and handouts that concern both the normal tourism as the gay tourism. Apart from that, most gay pubs have information as well. If you walk in one, you'll find that it can easily lead you to other gay places.
The website gayamsterdam.nl (which is also translated in English) also has lots of info about the Amsterdam gay scene.
I hope this helps you, or at least gives you a lead on where to get further information.
Hello everyone!
My name is Alexander, and I'm happy to be part of this website and forum now. I am looking forward to reading lots of stories and discussions!
And since I am so very new, any suggestions as to what stories are nice to read are much appreciated and welcomed.
