  1. Being allowed to live in this great country for much longer than I ever expected, I woke up this morning to my local news station reporting on what the entire world now is aware of. Orlando, Florida, where dreams come true if you just dream hard enough. Watching the local television station throughout the day I am so freaking proud of the Orlando LBGTQ community! They have been on the air all day telling the entire world that you can hurt us but we will win because our program is LOVE. The outpouring of love here is simply incomprehensible! From everywhere! I've never been prouder of my country till now! And that definitely includes the GA community.
  2. Everybody wins! This is so cute.

    Chapter 1

Oh Nephy! It's been so long now! Just as soon as I read this, I was back in time with you and GA. I love this story because it removes us so far from your normal darkness. I'm going to dig deep into what I have missed about your writings and your stories. And although it caused me much trauma, I'm going to reread "Silver". Hugs to you and the "old" crew.
  4. Aren't you SO glad that this turned out differently? I know that I am. I cannot WAIT for book lll. Bring it on!! Also-since I have been away for so long, I want to congratulate you on your success as a published writer. I've been watching you and buying your books and I have to tell you how much fun it is to read the entire story at one's own pace. And you know what's coming next....HUGS and more Love you, Nephy!
  5. First, I am SO glad that you are so far advanced in "EIII". Second, your post above asks for input that I no longer have. Around December of last year I was standing at the edge of a void. I was told to close up shop-finalize things in my life with regard to health. So I (being so deeply embedded in the closet ) chose to destroy all of the story notes that I have kept on all of the stories that I have read over the 'net'-everything. Totally. I have survived that muck and I am keeping notes again. I really wish I could put together a guest list for a final chapter in "Enigma III" What a hoot that would be!
  6. ...and speaking of "Enigma" (3,I presume), just when might we be expecting it? A Christmas treat, perhaps?
  7. I think that I was somewhat spoiled by being able to come into GA and Com's Shack out Back and just read for weeks and weeks and catch so many stories from the begining to the end. This chapter 9, Nephy, has to be a classic reward for holding one's attention to a particular story. Even the fighting between Sar and (hell-what's that damn cats name?) is enough to bring tears to the eyes. I'm lovin' it! You have shone a very bright light here, Nephy! It won't seem so long between chapters now. Thank you.

    Chapter 9

I'm wondering something here, Nephy. With all of the physical abuse that Sar and Glory are inflicting upon each other-why am I in tears? I'm crying because I feel a tremdous amount of attraction between these two-and Glory doesn't seem to see it yet-YET! More over Gods! What a super chapter, Nephy!
  9. Chapter eight is a wonderful chapter, Nephy, but I sense that your timing and mine is out of kilter somewhat. I suppose that it's better to take one's time than rush into something. I am always delighted with your description of clothing/outfits! I think if I EVER crawled 'out' and decided to go clubbing one night, I would "E" you and ask you to 'dress' me. I'd probably be in the next morning's papers! Oh Hell! Just the thought makes me giggle! You are really too much and spread way too thin. Thanks for this very interesting story, Neph.

    Chapter 8

Well now! Aren't we the perfect tease? I suppose that's better than rushing through the story and leaving out most everything of real importance-so you are forgiven. Thanks, Nephy.
  11. Cheryl hehe
  12. No one should ever doubt how much I needed this site when I found it through IOMFATS-then through Comicallity's "Shack Out Back". A life awakening discovery. And then we have Ricky. I don't know of anyone else who has put as much effort into making all of us aware of the needs of that fragile section of our society who are so often tossed aside, as if they are dispensible trinkets. It seems that every day there is another example in the news about someone who most of us would be happy to mentor-ah-but now it's too late. We just didn't 'see' the need in time. I have been guilty of this myself. This quote from one of Elsa Morante's stories really sums up my feelings: "...I want to save you from the havoc that steals you and take you back to sleep in your tiny bed." Who here will say that a troubled teenager at times doesn't need that "tiny bed"? Love you, Ricky.
  13. That bloody screen isn't the last thing I'm going to rip!
  14. Thank you, Graeme.
