Never had a pear tree, well not that I remember. I remember a vine climbing a wall of my aunt's house and it was covered in pears. I was fascinated by it as I ate. I had never picked my own before then. Where we used to live we did have apples and plum trees but them mum had gooseberries, strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb. As I said a whole section of the garden was our orchard but dad was never organized and it was a mess; with my animal cages everywhere it didn't help I suppose. I used to love the time the fruits we picked as I'd end up in the kitchen with mum making jam, she's make it and I'd label the jars when they were filled. We never pickled or bottled veg etc but it was an annual activity to do jam making. The weekend before she would start though we would drive into the country and attack the blackberry bushes; bringing home buckets and buckets of the luscious fruit. Loving the story... His mom reminds me of my own... I just...

Chapter 3: The Carandini Monarchy
Kev commented on C. Henderson's story chapter in Chapter 3: The Carandini Monarchy
You know what they say... Keep your friends close but your enemies even closer (I wonder how close he sand Vincent could become?) I'm more worried about why his mentor seemed to have failed to prepare him in anyway. I can't wait to see what happens next. -
Love sausage and salami, but never realized how they were made before... Saw a programme once about sausages, the British style, it just looked like they were stuffing condoms with meat. Put me right off!🤣🤣🤣 Love how the house is shaping up and the fact that the boys are really becoming part of it. Charlie needs to pull up his socks though, seems to be taking ages to get those cars sorted.

I could just go for a burger at the moment🤣🤣 no fries for me though. There was me thinking it was only the students that got nervous, Brad and Tom was a shocker that they want to get into teaching. Mind if they come from the middle of nowhere they might struggle to get teachers out there. Will our boy ever find happiness and settle down? It would be nice if he did, but I have a feeling we still have lots to find out about the house yet.

Looks like the time I have to read will diminish if all goes well... The PM is setting out a 4 stage plan at the moment in parliament to get back to a relatively normal life by June 21st... Shops open April 12th, so I'll be able to get useful again... Really feel as if something historical is happening... I just hope the country responds and the easing of the lockdown works as by June 21 most of the social restrictions will be able to be removed. Please if offered the vaccine ACCEPT and get yourself jabbed! Sorry, I know this is not about the story but felt it important.

Tak yu Mister Eric.... Absolutely in love with Vincent and David. If I was younger and thought I could travel back in time I'd be on the ship tomorrow to move over to Wyoming; as it is I'll just have to do with time travelling back to Amsterdam... Opps wrong city, but I bet it would have been fun back then. Never been to Copenhagen and Denmark but have known quite a few people from there. Absolutely in love with this story 🥰🥰🥰(and the writer as well... of course).

I missed you last night😪I had to retire without my nightly dose of the House. Peeps, I can guess what they are but never heard the term over here before. I always fancied having some but what the wife wanted she got (so glad I'm out of there)... She didn't like cats, so no cats. She hated dogs, so no dogs and even though her family had chickens the glared said it all. I did get her to allow the kids to have Gerbils and just as when I was a kid, they little beggers bred like... We had to donated them back tot he pet shop in the end. We kept two males... The first two were sold as females... maybe they were but if they were then when they were in the same cage a she got the other she pregnant😜 Gave up on pets after that.🤣🤣🤣Really loving this story... Awesome, absolutely awesome.

Thump away Tasha I think you are the tonic my little friend needs at the moment. Someone as special as he is will make him feel normal which is what he needs right now. James, Tasha and Casper our little coven is gathering. I agree with a previous comment, I am keen to see who was giving the bad vibes in that apartment building, it did come over like the feeling James had been through. Just think, Casper finds them... Tasha beats the shit out of them and then James flies them real high and drops them like a lead weight. Our team is shaping up nicely.

The end???? No!!!I want more of Tony and Prime, this is just the beginning! Awesome story, please let me know if I'm missing something here, I'm a brit. I want more.

This whole world seems different from ours... First we have an empath, then we have people who have purity marks on their face when they lose their virginity. It all seems strange and hopefully we will discover more as time goes on. I mean Peter and his training from his parents... why would parents need to train him and why a gun? Maybe powers are not so strange in this world as they are in ours. The ability to fly or float makes sense as he has the desire to run, to escape the pain he experiences in the dreams By flying it puts him immediately out of reach from the attacker. Awesome Chapter... Excellent story... Loving it!🤗

I just want to see peoples faces when Tony takes the carriage out with the horses... Now I hope it ain't just to the supermarket as parking may be a problem!🙃
-
Then there was two... Casper seems to be an emotional empath (well without knowing more he is) and quite a strong one at that. As stated it could be caused by the abuse that he is experiencing. Hopefully he'll be able to channel those emotions that he feels into his power and learn more control over it. the fact that he can push it out to find out more shows he has control already. He is the perfect person to be with James and to be his friend. Out of everyone he will be able to understand to some level abuse, and even though rape is rape it is still abuse and his empathy will be able to stabilize James as a result.

Yep, it is definitely changed😆 I am definitely falling in love with them farm boys! They can use my bath if they want😜 Wish I had a mum and dad like Tony. They seem so supportive, hell mum is finding out family secrets and not even batting an eyelid. Not surprised that dad likes out farm boys, being a farm man himself puts him on their level. I can even see what they do around the place being because of the guidance that dad gives to them... Wish................. Still loving the story... Thank you.

Father come in many sizes, luckily mine was not lie that, mine was the type that blamed me for everything then when I needed him the most he ignored me for years. I nope poor Casper can learn to control his gift, because at the moment it seems more like a curse that a gift. The girl is a little simple, send me the bad guys, I agree with Casper where do you draw the line?

I enjoyed the chapter and was angry that he is being used as a study subject, or seemingly so by the medical people. I was a lot older when something similar happened to me, I was just coming to terms with being gay and found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time... I think the fear of what people would think stopped me from talking about it for years and I suffered a complete break down as a result. I may have been an adult but I had no one that I felt safe enough to be able to talk to. As a result I lost my family. I ended up divorced and moving to the opposite side of the country. What hurt the most was the memories, plus how seemingly close friends for years turned their back on me; quite literally at church. I really hope he finds himself. Thank you.

Hi there ... Sorry but this seems to be a repeat of the previous chapter...

Always wanted to have a go at milking, thought it would be a cow but after Lucinius I reckon I could handle a goat or a sheep even. When the boys get that far let me know and I'll be there... Mind you make sure the they give me the ewe otherwise there could be some very confused and happy rams at the house.🤣🤭🤪 Loving the idea of the new furniture in his office, reckon I could flog the old stuff at the charity store I work at so if the others leave any pass it all my way. Quite looking forward to seeing the house take shape and the secrets that these books about the house will reveal.

Makes you wonder what the university is like if the furniture is old tat. Mind I guess his could have been known to be top quality having been recently replaced when the last incumbent took his stuff with him. It was obviously a well known office for the vultures to descend like that. I agree he should check out what the hell is happening there. Those boys I reckon will turn out to be a real asset on the estate and help more than Tony knows. Makes you wonder what will be uncovered next, or what wonders lay instore for our royal hero.

It was a long time ago; I was really, really young then. If I remember rightly mum was alive, so I'd be about ten, so almost ??? years ago. Mum's friend ran the pet shop in town, his son ran the market stall. When a litter of kits were ready the owner would take them and I would get 70% of the selling price. They were quite popular and paid for my holiday fund for several years. It wasn't a business just a hobby to me and with everything going on I turned to the matriarch doe for love. She kept me sane and I'd often be found out there in the middle of the night crying, holding her. When mum died, we moved away we left first while dad finished things up for a few days and left us with an uncle. I swear dad used the bucket to get rid of them as he refused to let me take them. I think it was his way to make me suffer as he blamed me for my mums death. At least he never killed them in front of me, but knowing was more than enough. Memories... As soon as I could, I left home never looking back.

Call me when the renovations are complete... I am hopeless with a hammer, saw , nail... you name it until the finished job I am lost. Give me a shack to clean and polish and I can make it shine like gold. A hovel becomes a castle when I do the cleaning. I agree that with an old building he has his hands full and the list will be endless to renovate the building to how the bastard son originally saw it all those years ago. I still think that there is alot we do not know and I am on the edge of my chair waiting.... Loving it.

Would you believe that I one time had 57 all ready for selling to shops and friends but we never ate any and I still have never tried rabbit.

The American Ambassador is a Cowboy
Kev commented on R. Eric's story chapter in The American Ambassador is a Cowboy
Over here they seem to be doing it in stages and even though we know people who have had the jab we are still slightly under the stage that they have just started to work on. At the moment they are concentrating on everyone over sixty and both of us are 60 this year. We did have bad news at the weekend though, My partners best friend at work is a third of our age and has tested positive... When you are told people over 60 are the at risk group you don't expect someone so young as he is to be hit so bad. That has hit me hard because we think he got it at work, as my partner has to be in the office most of the week I now have the fear it will be similar with him. Front line is one thing, but so close to home is another. -
This house can grow on you and I am loving these farm boys. The herb garden is something that I always wanted but was never able to grow because of the terrible wet weather. We never tried with flowers, but we always had an abundance of vegetables. As a kid we had a huge garden with roses and lawns in the bottom two sections, then as you moved up the yard you had an orchard of apples, pears, plums and even goosegogs. Then the gardener always planted the next section with veg of all descriptions and at the top was the raspberry canes and rhubarb. Right in the corner was my animal cages. Rabbits and guinea pigs. I might have only been a kid but I sold them to the pet shops. That house is pretty much like this one, I was happy there when mum was alive, just like he was with his gramps. I really hope he finds happiness again.

The American Ambassador is a Cowboy
Kev commented on R. Eric's story chapter in The American Ambassador is a Cowboy
Oh how i love a Viking. the two that I have know have been my best friends, mind you the one from Norway made me live on 'Fish Soup' for weeks when we got short of cash. King of Wyoming sounds fun... The lived with a family from there when I lived with the families off the American Airbase of Mildenhall. They were the best and most down to earth people that I have ever known (other than us Yorkys). I wisht he Brits had learnt from David and opened a store with the style of clothes that he purchased, the ones over here can be a bit boring, but I would love the boot, jeans and hats to be on sale in England. This Brit would wear them 🤣🤪🥰
