  1. My favorite is Darkness by Darren Hayes Been spending so much time underground I guess my eyes adjusted To the lack of light I got covered in darkness, covered in darkness Hibernating, always waiting for something new Happiness always ending In the blink of an eye there was no one attending, no one attending It doesn't really matter where it all began All I know I got covered in darkness, covered in darkness Ever wonder why I never really truly connect Although my eyes are open I can hold your gaze but I'm never connected, never connected I am famous for my generosity They say I am the kindest It is easier to give than receive love, give than receive love It doesn't really matter where it all began All I know I was covered in darkness, covered in darkness Turning pages over Run away to nowhere And it's hard to take control When your enemy's old and afraid of you You discover that the monster you were running from Is the monster in you Better to hold on to love Better to hold on to love Change will come It doesn't really matter where it all began All I know I was covered in darkness, covered in darkness It doesn't really matter where it all began Cause all I know I was lost, I was lost No, no It doesn't really matter where it all began, no no All I know I was lost, I feel lost, lost No...

    Graduation

Enjoyable read! I really detested both Shawn and Anthony, but I suppose that was the point. It was fun to read a story where you're hoping for bad stuff to happen to the main characters, cause they're such douches. A welcome change from most fictional gay teenagers who are extremely precocious, and perfect in every way. In retrospect the only thing that doesn't make sense to me is that horrific nightmare Shawn had. That was a bit much, and I don't think there was really a point to it. Shawn was fine again two chapters later. You almost lost me there, but I'm glad I kept going until the end.
  3. I don't remember exactly. I know that when I first learned what sex was, at age 11 or something, that I wasn't all that interested in the female side of things. But I never had a sudden epiphany like "oh shit I'm attracted to guys". I had a girlfriend at 12/13 but we were more friends than anything. I had no desire at all to kiss her. So that was a big clue. And when watching sofrcore porn on TV I knew the women didn't turn me on cause the lesbian scenes did nothing for me. But I think I told myself at the time "oh you're just bisexual, you can date girls and be normal, no one ever has to know". It was probably at 14 when I discovered all the gay stuff on the internet that I accepted I was totally gay.
  4. I'm not really into threesomes so was shocked by the "twist", but it ended up being very sweet and believable! Enjoyed the story a lot.
  5. Been lurking for a few weeks now just reading and reading. Thought I'd post here. Not much of an author myself, I've only written some fan fiction in the past. But I do feel a little inspired after reading so many great stories on here, so who knows. Thanks to all the great authors who have shared and continue to share their awesome work!
  6. Another new fan here. Was looking for good reading material and ended up racing through the two Instinct novels and this one in about two weeks total. Really epic stuff. The only problem with reading a novel in progress is that eventually you come to the "end", so now I am bouncing on my chair eager to learn what happens next. Keep it up and thank you for providing this excellent entertainment.
