  1. Would you be that busy?
  2. Would you mind the film crew?
  3. Frank and Renee make scarves. TALES
  4. Happy Holidays to all, and who is hosting this shindig?
  5. Today is Christmas so I leave you my last two songs for the holiday. The first is from Magoo's Christmas Carol http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=xCoVEn7uB2k And my final is a look ahead to New Years. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P66Bjh0IcRo
  6. Because once again we are skipping questions I will answer both. I was one of those unfortunate enough to come home and actually catch my partner in bed with another. End of relationship and all dealings with him. I can't forgive nor forget. As a kid I stole a pack of gum. My mother found out, lets say I couldn't sit for a while, had to back to the store, tell the owner, pay for it, while she stood and watched me like a hawk. Nothing bothers you more than letting down a parent who is there for you. Lesson learned. What is the one thing you wish people to remember you for?
  7. I'm sorry, when I wrote my list I had more than 25 just in case people picked my songs so I wouldn't repeat them. Well Lugh and Myr both took one by Natalie Cole but I still have more and only one day so bonusing up. I Believe in Father Christmas - Sarah Brightman. I Wish it Could be Christmas Everyday - Wilson Phillips
  8. Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Merry Festivas! Belated Happy Winter Solstice! Whatever it is you celebrate, may you find peace and joy. Enjoy your family and friends. Always, Wayne
  9. Nah. While there have been people I would have enjoyed killing (at least figuratively) I wouldn't hold up under that kind of pressure. What do you consider your biggest failing?
  10. Every Xenophobe organizes daily undertakings. FAIRY
  11. Who made a video of them?
  12. Okay so it is day 24 or Christmas Eve. This is about as religious as I get. I love this version by Vanessa Williams.
  13. Probably 10 minutes when I met my friend Lee. What is your favorite comfort food?
  14. Thank you for the review Ramon. I hope you got a chance to read the other stories in the Anthology. I am about 8 chapters into this with Andy/Quonos10 as my beta, expanding and reworking this. It should be ready to go right after the new year. Seems you are working your way through my stories. Thank you for commenting.
  15. Wonderful, who asked them to start talking in slang?
  16. "Already been credited!," Dawn exclaimed GIFTS
  17. LOL. Sorry gang. I started this thing and I think DC works just fine. As for prices. Well some of us are coming down. I'm sure some of you are friends with others on here. They might want to share a room - needless to say a cut in the price of going down. But that will all come into play when we start talking dates. Anyone have suggestions for those. A lot of what the group can do over a three day weekend will depend on when we decide to do this. As long as it is after tax time I'm good. Then I will have whatever money Uncle Sam decides to hand back to help me pay for it. Beyond that, I'm pretty open.
  18. Doggie. Where is the one place you would love to go on vacation but people might think it was strange?
  19. Day 23 - Wow we are getting close to the end of these aren't we. Oh well time for a song. Enjoy. I'm posting two. The first is from Home Alone. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLRKLshPjTw And, yes, The Christmas Waltz was originally done by Frank Sinatra, and it was written for him. However, I am a fan of how the Carpenter's did it. So here is their version.
  20. As an infant my family was more than proud to show off their first born. Everyone who held me said I was such a sweet kid, until it came time for my father to hold me. The second he did I've been told I seemed to immediately need a diaper change. His nickname for me was "Stinky". My mother, bless her, refused to have a kid nicknamed that, so I became "Charlie Brown". Since the last time I did this I was skipped over and someone else answered the same question I did, I will re-ask my question. Where was the strangest place you have ever been taken on a date?
  21. Flying about buildings nearly toppled. SMFCB
  22. My biggest lie was for my own benefit, when you go through something you don't want everyone to know you lie to hide the facts. The bruises are from falls, the scrapes from trying to get up. Did people believe me? Actually cause it was only once yes. Where was the strangest place you have ever been taken on a date?
  23. I thank you very much for the congrats and don't feel bad. Not everything I write will agree with every reader. That is one of the great things about the site. There is always someone putting something up you might enjoy. I'm just glad you have enjoyed some of my stories Elisabeth.
  24. Day 22 - Winter songs abound, but for my family this song is done by one person only. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow by Dean Martin. and I'm posting a bonus today because well I like this one too. Different song but one by Annie Lennox and you can't resist her voice.
