Do it! I loved Ponyo too... I was so impressed that they managed to get such great actors to voice the English dubbed version. But Spirited Away is definitely better. Heard Princess Mononoke is meant to be good as well. Has anyone seen it?

Yeah, I think the problem with that is that 'beautiful' sort of suggests a specific type, and it can be kind of confusing... 'Beautiful' and 'sexy' are two very different things. Booth is kinda beautiful, but I can't say I find him particularly attractive. I just don't think he's hot. It's the same with Andrej Pejic too--that guy is unbelievably beautiful, but I'm not sure I'd ever even consider him in that way. I guess it sort of depends on what kind of partner you go for, some guys like the really pretty ones and some guys just don't. Even so, I can appreciate that both these guys are very good looking, just not really my type. For me, 'beautiful' and 'sexy' are almost mutually exclusive--if a guy has traditionally delicate, almost feminine features then even if I can look at him and say 'wow', he's just not sexy. But I reckon it's gonna be different for everyone because the guys that like that sort of look will, I'd imagine, find it hot, so yeah. Sounds complicated

So, maybe this isn't the point, but one of his arms must be freakishly muscly. So he'd just be wandering round town and people would just know from his weirdly muscular arm. Unless he was ambidextrous. I'd congratulate him on his achievement.. If only it were true

I loved this story. I think DomLuka is a seriously talented guy, and his stories are really immersive. He's great at making relatable, realistic characters. Kind of agree with Cia though... I think all the angst isn't a bad thing except that it's a really long story. So that's a lot of angst. His secondary characters--to me, anyway--seemed more likeable, or more realistic, or more understandable than Rory. There were times when I just wanted Rory to shut the hell up and stop whining.... And yeah, that I felt like that is a sign of a talented writer, but I guess you also reach the point when it's just annoying. That said, DomLuka is still a genius

I've read... None of them. And I'm meant to be a Lit student. Jeez, my self esteem just took a beating One book I have read and loved though was Gabriel Garcia Marquez's One Hundred Years of Solitude--that book I'll recommend to anyone who'll sit still long enough, it was incredible. Recently read Salman Rushdie's Midnight's Children, thought I'd see what all the fuss was about. That's pretty good too.
