I hate him! Oh God, how I hate him! I hate him so much, but... I can't help but love him still. Maybe that's why I hate him? I hate him.... because I love him? Yeah, because that makes sense. I just... I wish I didn't feel this way about him. No, no that's not right. Actually, I wish he felt this way about ME – not the hating part, mind you, but the whole 'love' thing. That would be my true wish at least. Unfortunately, that's never going to happen. Nope. No way in hell was he ever going to feel

Tristan, desperate for Nathan to fall in love with him, makes a disastrous deal in order to make that a reality.

Aww, thank you! I most certainly haven't! I really do like this story, too, and I'm not done with it yet! Bear with me on getting chapters out! I'm trying, but hey - life gets in the way sometimes. I hope to get another chapter cranked out sometime this month along with another story! Haha keep your eyes peeled! Thank you for the review! I always appreciate them!

Happy birthday, Louis!!!

Chapter 1 - A Beacon of Light
Autumn Dream commented on Autumn Dream's story chapter in Chapter 1 - A Beacon of Light
Hey there Lisa! Thank you for the review - you know I always appreciate it!!! Of course I would like your help with Rooted. I'm going to be posting shorter chapters more often, and I have one for you right now even! And yes, I feel bad for Hayden too, because unfortunately, his EX was inspired by MY EX (they did almost the exact same things) That back story was more to work out some of my aggression, I suppose, but I assure you this story will end very sweetly, and hopefully just in time for Christmas! *fingers crossed* Thank you again, Lisa! Expect an email! Dylan -
It was him! It was really him! He wrote the letter! At least… the writing style did look remarkably similar to the one used in that note. I leaned over slightly and glanced at his paper again to double check. Wait… no, he made his D's and F's completely different. Well, maybe he was smart enough to alter his style a little to throw me off? I needed to have the actual note with me to compare. It did look similar, but maybe it really wasn't from him? I couldn't be one-hundred-percent sure. E

I couldn't believe he had done it. I simply could not fathom what he had done; it was so rattling. My stomach still feels weak, even now. He made me feel worthless by doing what he did, especially because he didn't even tell me in person! Well you know what? I was going to do it anyway! I just hadn't expected him to do it first... and how could he do it through a text message?! What kind of heartless piece of trash does that to somebody? My EX-boyfriend, apparently. I met Nick in July. I suppos

After suffering a terrible breakup, Hayden finds himself feeling worthless and alone. Will this all change when he befriends a boy named Andrew one day through his school's drama program? Will Hayden get his wish in this heartwarming Christmas tale?

Chapter 49 - "It's A Date"
Autumn Dream commented on Comicality's story chapter in Chapter 49 - "It's A Date"
Yay! I'm so glad to see another chapter!!! Great job with this installment, as usual, Comsie! I'm so happy to see that Ryan and Randy were able to make up okay, and their night out was just too cute and romantic! Dang you for the cliffhanger, though! Now we have to wait and see just what happens with Hailey, but I can't imagine it'll be good! Thanks again for the update! I love all your stories! Now we just need GFD and A Class By Himself updated... Lol. Keep up the good work! -
Aww, shucks. Thank you for the kind words, Louis. I appreciate it! Thank you for taking the time to read and review! As for knowing how to develop good hooks... well, you can thank my seventh grade english teacher for that! He was GREAT! Wonderful guy, really, and he was an amazing guide in learning how to write well and properly. This story (RIMH) is in fact influenced by personal experience (or at least the BEGINNING! I'd be lucky to have a BF like Tanis! *forever alone* ), so writing for Dylan's emotions is fairly easy for me. Although, I am wiring on a darker and more mature sci-fi piece at the moment as well. It's definitely MUCH different from RIMH! Anyway, thanks again Louis! Joining you in chat now~ D

Haha. Yes, I agree. Dylan certainly is having many ups and downs in his life right now, but then again, that's just life in general! Thank you for reviewing again, Lilansui! It's always greatly appreciated. I'm glad I get you thinking about what happens next! A.D.

Oh, yes; the possibilities certainly do continue! I read your email about your Cooper theory a few minute ago - interesting idea... however, there is no evidence as of yet to show that Cooper even knows Denika! The note, the note, the note;... I'm saying NOTHING yet. You'll find out soon! Thanks for the review, Lisa. Haha. I think you've reviewed every chapter! Lol. Anyways, thanks again. A.D.

A Very Merry Unbirthday
Autumn Dream commented on Autumn Dream's story chapter in A Very Merry Unbirthday
Haha. Yeah, Dylan's in a bit of a tricky situation! All I can say about that is that it's not going to be getting better soon... Thanks for another wonderful review! It means a lot! Oh, and Denika's my favorite character, too! A.D. -
Yes, it is. Dylan not only has to deal with Tanis, Eden, and Denika, but also his father's troubling behavior and the crumbling relationship between him and Dylan's mother. There's more to come dealing with that in chapter 5, which will be up either tomorrow or the next day. Glad you're liking the story so far, and thank you for the review! A.D.

I finished reading the mysterious message and turned to Denika with my mouth hanging open in complete and utter shock, absolutely speechless. She furrowed her brow and glanced down at the paper I was holding. "What's that?" she asked, leaning forward and trying to read it from upside down. "Is that a birthday card? Or is that… oh wow! Dylan got a love letter!" she screamed excitedly. "Oh my God! Is it from Tanis?!" "Shush! Don't say stuff like that out loud! I… I don't know if it is or

A Very Merry Unbirthday
Autumn Dream commented on Autumn Dream's story chapter in A Very Merry Unbirthday
I'm glad you're enjoying it so far! I plan to update every two-five days, at least for the remainder of the summer. The rough drafts are written through to chapter 8 already, but I'm not giving anything away about the note! Haha. I'm sure everyone who reads this will want to know, but you have to wait! I can tell you one thing, though: It'll take a while for Dylan to figure out who the note is from. There are clues - leads that need to be followed! Much is to come! Thanks for the kind words! I hope you enjoy the rest of the story as it unfolds! A.D. -
A Very Merry Unbirthday
Autumn Dream commented on Autumn Dream's story chapter in A Very Merry Unbirthday
See, that's the thing! I wrote the letter to make it questionable as to which person (Tanis or Eden) it was from. In a way, it could suit either one! Dylan HAS been getting to be slightly better friends with Tanis, and they have enjoyed quite a few laughs throughout the year. Eden, however, could have written it too! She and Dylan are practically dating, at least... in her mind, that is... I'll just make you wait and see!!! Oh, and remember: Denika can be quite persuasive sometimes, at least in Dylan's opinion. He didn't like her idea, but went along with it anyway because he desperately wanted to know if Tanis felt the same as him. Whether or not the plan helped is under lock and key for now. Thanks for the review, Lisa! Your questions always make me so happy! I love that I get you thinking! A.D. -
I racked my brain for the right way to explain this to Denika. I guess there really wasn't any other way to say it than the brutal truth… I'd fallen for a boy and I needed help. Before I could even speak though, our conversation was interrupted by the loud buzzing of my cell phone, buried somewhere deep in my drenched pocket. I was glad to see it was still working after having gotten wet in the rain! I looked at who the caller was and turned my attention back to Denika. "It's my Mom. She's

The Light in the Storm
Autumn Dream commented on Autumn Dream's story chapter in The Light in the Storm
Oh! I'm so embarrassed! Geez, I can't believe I didn't catch those on my edits. Oh well, I'm only human. Can't catch everything! X) Thanks for letting me know! Yes, Dylan's mom is a wonderful woman. I enjoy writing for her character. Much more is to come in relation to her soon! I already have written up to chapter 8, so I can assure you of that!!! I post chapter's as I finish final editing, so chapter 4 should be along soon. Your questions will all be answered, I guarantee it! Once again - I hate plot holes! Oh, and things will happen as a result of the illustration job, too, so there is a reason! XD Thanks for the review! I always appreciate it! It's good to know I get you thinking! - A.D. -
I let out a giant breath that I didn’t know I was holding. I couldn't believe I just did that. Since when have I ever really done anything on a whim? Now, telling Denika was planned, but this was just… sudden. I hated surprises, but I think I just surprised myself with this one. Tell me again why I decided to do this? "Please, don't hate me," I said to her with my head down. I felt so ashamed at that moment. What would she say? What are the ramifications of this? I didn't want he

Haha. I'm glad you liked the chapter! Your kind words mean a lot! I'd like to think of myself as being notorious for cliff hangers, so I can guarantee several dramatic endings in the future! I have quite a lot planned for this story, I assure you. I won't give away anything about his mom or Denika as of yet, but I'm glad to get you thinking! Thanks again, A. D.

Aww, thanks. I'm glad you like it! Your review is much appreciated!!!

Never heard of it! The name comes from someone I actually used to know a long time ago. I always loved his name, and I've been kind of wanting to use it in a story, so there you go! I also love the names Tanner and Taryn, with Taryn having been the love interest in Comicality's Gone From Daylight series - amazing series that I would definately reccomend if you haven't read it already! Anyways, thanks for the kind words, and I'm glad you're enjoying it!!! Oh, and yes, the bashful ones are to DIE for. They're just too cute!

Thank you so much for the feedback, honestly! I really appreciate it! I was wavering on the "hehehe" thing too, and I've been wondering whether or not certain parts needed more description. I was just about to hit unpublished for a re-edit and add a bit more, and then I saw it had been approved! Anyways, thank you for the tips!
