Thank you again for the kind words. I think you are correct about the not knowing. I think thats why I have had such a tough time letting him go. But if I am ever to climb out of this pit, I have to forgive him and move on.....harder than it sounds, but not impossible! -
Billy, Can I just say, without being a total asshole, that I'm still so pissed off at you that I wish I could punch you in the face? And I find it terribly unfair that I can't. But, slowly but surely I am learning to curb my anger, at least where other people can see it, or can see my face. I don't think anyone will ever forget that day, and you have made it very real for us who were thousands of miles away, in our offices and homes, watching and knowing the world was changing forever, right before our eyes. I hope, of course, that our entire C.A.P. family makes it out unscathed, but I know it is unlikely. Thank you for giving us several points of view to ponder, and for your amazing accuracy and attention to detail, both here and throughout the series.

I have to say first that I loved this story. It felt like i really got to know these boys and i was happy that things turned out well for them. Ok, so not to be pushy, but does this mean we will have more, maybe, of Dusty and Zak soon??

I could not agree more! I have been part of a triad (which ended badly, but not because there were 3 of us), and am currently in a semi-open relationship. Basically, we (my partner and I) are free to have other sex partners, as long as we agree on the person, and ars both present. In other words, it is not cheating if you share! -
CJ, I have commented now a couple of times on various chapters, plots and "steep hillside" endings, but I wanted to take a moment to say, simply, THANKS! Thank you for this wonderful story, and for the incredible amount of work that must have gone into writing this epic tale. I have only written a little bit that has been seen, but I know from experience how much time goes into getting it right, and man, did you get it right! The time you must have spent doing research for each chapter is staggering. So, again, for your time, your effort, your completely warped sense of humor, and for bringing us this story, thank you! I can't see any way out of this situation where everyone survives. I honestly don't see how any of them will, but odds are stacked severely against both Trevor and Shane living to the epilogue. It is definitely terribly sad, and more than a little sickening to have seen these guys go through so much, and to lose one or both of them in the end. It's also heartbreaking to think of Joel and Lisa dying on their honeymoon. I can't see how you will get out of this one without lots of hatemail, CJ!! -
If this was the last chapter, it was a shitty ending! You're killin me here, dude.....

As usual, I should have waited to open my mouth yesterday. I now see where this offshoot ties to the rest of the story! I loved it, sad as it was, and it gave me hope for the future of David and Micah.
