When you fail someone to the extent that Brad and Robbie are failing Will and JJ, a missed alarm is a big deal, if that's really what happened...seems awful convenient.
Product of politics or not Wade is a truly good guy...how it happened is a universal anomaly. On top of that Wade's right, Brad and Robbie are going down...omg...Wade's a shaman.
Relieved Gathan is okay. Robbie and Brad were out of line and I'm afraid it's only gonna get worse because Brad and Robbie both suffer from the same pride affliction Elizabeth adman field does.
Man Brad and Robbie just don't get it...the higher ground is the only ground to take as parents but they wanna fight with Will about everything, like they're kids themselves. I guess they were never really around, because toddlers are usually awesome at conditioning parents and preparing them for the years afterwards.
It's this chapter where Brad and Robbie start to fall in my esteem. The fact that they both seem to think that parenthood is this thing that can be put off as they pursue other goals paints them as hypocrites that care more about money than family. Money comes and goes but Will and JJ's adolescent hood is a gift (a tumultuous one at times that comes with no receipt) and it will be defined by their neglect.
Disappointed that Wade went there. I would have pegged him as a guy to block the deal and let the info that he was behind it flow through the channels just to give Carl more rope to hang himself.
Matt has a huge hurdle to win back Wade and I'm not sure he's capable of giving Wade what he needs and I'm bummed that Wade is settling. Matt saved him in a way, but that doesn't mean they are meant to be...it just means that Matt has good qualities to offset his narcissism.
