Fuck! I'm in tough ALL of the year and I produce...oh, wait...zero chapters.
Edit: I never miss a cocktail opportunity when one presents itself, though.
Dammit, I meant to say "euphemism." You were too damn quick, young man.
EDIT: So, is Mark waiting to give us a Memorial Day surprise? That only works when it's an extra chapter, not a delay of the scheduled one.
Too funny that you had a chapter about a restricted club ready to go just as the forum was having a heated discussion about them.
I am so glad you gave Roscoe a safety net. I wasn't looking forward to several chapters of his being manipulated by Stuart.
And the meeting of the Hawthorn recruiters was excellent! It's looking more likely that the brat will end up at Carlton; they won't let the first round go by without picking him...not if Paddy has anything to say about it. Btw, are you using the actual 2014 draft order in the story, or revising to suit the plot? Any chance we'll get to see the list?
I meant to put this in my review but forgot. When did Will get Dally's phone number? It struck me while reading the latest chapter as a bit odd that he'd have had it. I looked back through the chapters with him and Buzz but couldn't find the circumstances where he got it.
Thanks for another great chapter, Mark.
Things I think are worth mentioning in this one: 1. Dally is clearly not as pure and chaste as his father believed. Looking forward to some good old-fashioned funeral flirting.
2. Didn't Ben and Sean not work out because they were both bottoms? I guess Marc (not an Eastern European porno kisser) might be worth being more versatile for. And we never really heard how versatile Marc is when he's not dating a top.
3. I loved that JJ made the "infidel" joke that Stef and JP didn't find funny.
Hope you're enjoying your summer break. Make sure you take some time for yourself (at least a day or so or maybe just a few hours) before you start writing those Bridgemont chapters for us.
