Tell that to the Florida legislature and governor.
I'm wondering what's going to happen when someone like Liebe wants to talk about her two fathers but the teacher isn't allowed to. In the main CJ series, he may have something to say about the matter, but I'll keep detailed political commentary out of the Earth Day series.
Some people can forgive and forget, in this instance, I don't see Colt as one of those. I have to assume the hurt was horrendous and he still has unresolved issues. Maybe now that he's had his say he'll feel a little lighter. I try not to make every character 'perfect' in the eyes of everyone. Certain readers will be disappointed he didn't give his ex-friend a chance to apologize, and others will cheer him for putting the man in his place.
Soap boxes? I have no idea what you're talking about. LOL
Are you aware that some bikers wear a 1% patch on their vests? It stands for them not being part of the 99% of law abiding motorcycle riders.
In an upcoming chapter we hear about a new investment that will end up making CJ and Owen even more money. So, should I give CJ one of those patches? He'd turn a few heads making people wonder if it's because he's an outlaw or an establishment uber rich. Just more money they'll need to give away. My hand's out.
Thanks, Theo.
I always try to find some architectural interesting spot to write about when I have CJ travel. It's one of those things that helps round out the character and make him feel more realistic.
I dated a couple of hair stylists in my youth; I'm not cut out to deal with the client BS they put up with. LOL
There are a couple of Mexican places near me I can get Jarritos at. Alegria Tacos is a go to spot.
Tamarind is not for everyone, but I grew up in the tropics and my preferred fruits tend to be tropical.
Thanks, Jeff. Yeah, I have trouble drawing a credible stick figure myself. Stop by the EARTH DAY STORIES discussion in the forums; I posted a band-aid fix to the lack of illustrations. LOL
I tried hard to make her presentation possible for a 6 year old. It's why she falters a couple of times with pronunciation and why I mentioned it took her a while to type the report. Kids do a lot these days, but they're still kids for the most part.
