Today I've decided to sit on my principles, to act selfishly, do as I want to as the consequences won't fall on me and won't be my responsibility. Today I stop worrying for others - well one person here - and do what I want instead of caring too much. Strangely I feel good and happy about about it. Like it was actually the key to an endless situation.

Actually there isnt that much sugar. The mousses are made of a whipped cream, fruits coulis and gelatin. I only put a tea spoon of sugar in the cream to make the whipped cream instead of the 2 big spoons the recipe call for. The most sugar is in the thin layer of praline chocolate and crispy biscuit between the genoise and mousse

It's a charcoal bbq, the smoke would make it smell and it's not cotton so not fire safe. I'll wear it next time I go see my Sexy butcher

Dang I've received a package today with a super cute little deep green with little white flowers dress that fit me perfectly (for once!) and I can't even wear it tonight as I'll be managing the BBQ

Watching the news... massive flooding in Belgium and Germany 103 deaths and over 1000 still missing people! It rained the equivalent of almost 4 months in a couple of days and the water came in waves in the streets. So sad

Got my exams results: year validated with a grade of 13,5/20 and last semester with almost 14/20 I've already registered for next year classes

Some positive news: Wednesday I'm going to my cousin's birthday and I'll meet baby Nathan for the first time! He's already 9 months old! Inhad her on the phone last week and he was babbling in the background. She said he wanted to grab the phone as he is used to FaceTime calls with his grandparents and uncle and aunt.

It might seems like too much and I don't like the fact we had to made it to that point but a third of people working in nursing homes aren't vaccinated though they were in the first groups of people to have had access to the vaccin! A family of an elderly who got infected by someone working at the nursing home made a complaint against the government.
