And how does someone do that without revealing why it's wanted, and thus springing the Kompromat trap. They key here is perception in the public eye. Will is standing directly in the middle of the trap, without DNA there is no way he can disprove the validity of the paternity. Right now it looks like he's guilty as hell, his family quietly covering something up, challenging the paternity claim behind his back. Optics wise it makes Will look really bad. The Perfect "Good" father and family man, hiding his sordid past and abandoning a child. If it hits the News BEFORE it can be disproved, then a paternity test AFTER the fact will mean nothing. Will would be lampooned in the court of public opinion.

This book hit my 75000 word marker that makes it officially a Novel. Yay Personal Mile Stones. Carter's Breach, The Watchers 1 & 2, Ottawa Tales, and now Carter's Order. That officially makes this my most prolific year to date. Thank you guys for reading my work, and keeping me at it.

I think the point I am trying to make with this story is that NO ONE cares that Kenny is gay, EXCEPT Kenny. And it's got nothing to do with kissing a boy, or loving a boy, and everything to do with him viewing it as a complication to his perfect life of order. He doesn't WANT to be gay, not that he isn't gay. His hand (heart) however, show's him that his heart has a very different viewpoint on what it wants.

It's sad because no where in the book, does Jesus profess an opinion on it. In fact, he is quite deliberately shown as embracing love in all it's forms. The fact that he is the new covenant.... I could go into the literary, philosophical and debate the scripture. But that's best saved for the text of the book, and will be addressed. I just don't think the comment section is the right place for the discussion Just know that you are thought of and cared about, and that your situation over there is rough and respected. I hope my writing can give you a bit of an escape from it.

Probably the same way he felt when he went into Jerusalem and saw the temple. And I fear, he would be treated the same way he was treated then. It is funny how a 2000 year old book can so accurately describe the current state of it's own religion and be so fundamentally misunderstood, forgotten, and misrepresented.
