    Chapter 7

Something something watch dials... mutters about mirrors... and a whole lot of Mcguffin thrown in for good measure.

    Chapter 7

Yes, when Wojciech's earned it. Stoker's particular about who's worthy of calling him that. And let's face it, Hugo's got a whole lot of sucking up to do to get there.

    Chapter 7

Eyrie - Æuum – Charlie Site Quelling his inner demons would take time. He lay there, his head on Stoker’s chest feeling the other man’s deep, steady breathing as he slept. Wojciech focused on the rhythm, a grounding counterpoint to the turmoil within. He enjoyed the tactile sensation of Stoker’s skin against his, the warmth radiating from him, and the intimate, musky smells that lingered in the aftermath of their shared act. He ached, a pleasant thrum

@myr is incredibly supportive, and has my gratitude for it. I try my best to always ask before posting any links. And his conditions, to keep posting the story, and make sure you all know that purchase is optional, and won't delay the postings, are more than fair.

    Chapter 28

You *could* always buy an epub copy of the book, you know, if you wanted to that is... ::shakes poor empty bowl ::

    Chapter 28

Good Morning Commuters, have a great day!
  10. Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom The brisk morning air of Canary Wharf was a sharp, almost invigorating contrast to the insulated quiet of Enrico's penthouse. He sat on a sleek, minimalist bench tucked into a recess of a glass-fronted skyscraper, sipping a takeaway coffee, ostensibly blending with the stream of well-dressed professionals heading into their offices. His suit was expensive, his posture relaxed, but his eyes missed nothing. He had just ended a call, his plans already hummi

    Chapter 27

My... my story is covered in Seamen stains.

    Chapter 27

You've derailed my latest Watcher's chapter writing LOL You are a terrible influence on me... I approve... but naughty

    Chapter 27

So many sailor puns... so little space... dying over here laughing.

    Chapter 27

Personally I am entertained by the idea of Will's reaction to Andrew's Navy Uniform. Definitely keeping that.

    Chapter 24

Very true, Will would abstain for propriety sakes. I was looking into it, and given Lt. Cmdr Andrew Carter exists as far as the Royal Navy is concerned and it's not going to stay a secret who saved the Boat from sinking with the amount of crew leaving the boat... they might do something. But I can imagine Andrew not living down the fact that he's earned a medal by the old spy club. Now I am picturing Kingsman newspaper walls, with a glaringly annoyed Andrew getting a medal on one.

    Chapter 24

I am reminded of Steve Martin in the film where he suddenly gets a bunch of money for some silly invention with glasses... Where he is in a bathrobe shuffling around crying "I have been, was there!"
  17. Topher Lydon

    Chapter 4

He is the only one paying bills. His job is keeping Andrew in school, and Will is (misguidedly) convinced that he has no choice. It's part of the stress he is under, he isn't thinking rationally. Your brain starts to trick you in this situation, you get convinced of things that aren't true or view things as if you are trapped. View everything Will is doing through that lense, he is breaking down and simply doesn't see a way out.

    Chapter 24

sitting Canadian politicians aren't allowed honours. It's to prevent opportunism like you know... down below the border.

    Chapter 24

Sure, just don't give them ideas on how to unionize....

    Chapter 6

I also don't know what it is with me an inanimate objects as characters in my stories. But in this one, Hugo's damn hat... or should I say Stoker's damn hat (cause in his opinion he's ruddy earn't it)
  21. Topher Lydon

    Chapter 6

You said it best, Stoker knows what he wants.
  22. Topher Lydon

    Chapter 6

I had honestly forgotten it had gone that way til I came to re-edit it. Then I read Stoker's snapping, and I thought well heck, now Hugo's gone and done it.

    Chapter 6

Eyrie - Æuum – Charlie Site Earl Grey. The faint, comforting hint of bergamot, a delicate whisper of citrus, drifted up from the steaming mug, a familiar anchor in a world that had become utterly disorienting. Wojciech relaxed back into the canvas chair, its frame creaking softly under his weight, the sound a small, reassuring counterpoint to the vast silence of the eyrie. He tasted the tea, savouring the warmth that spread from his tongue, down his

    Chapter 27

    Oh Matron
  25. Hey, With my sci-fi and with my thrillers, I have friends of mine that are willing to help and read. They're Straight allies and awesome. There was a rather entertaining discussion last Friday about gay marriage being no different from their own marriages... as I said they are awesome. However the new story I am writing is not something I want to put them through. It's a more romance focused fantasy thing... and it feels weird asking them for feedback on something so totally out of their wheelhouses. Like me trying to describe how to cook... I mean I *could* but neither of us is going to have a fun time eating whatever comes out of the oven after that... So yeah, I need someone to act as a beta reader, give me feedback and slap me if I am being stupid. It's an invaluable part of writing a book, The Falcon Banner wouldn't be half as interesting if Martin hadn't beaten some sense into me with a keyboard. I miss Martin's wisdom. Anyway, let me know if any of you are willing to taste my cooking and tell me if it is too salty. (seriously, don't eat my cooking... it's bad)
