i am not sure. TBH this one is not going to be a long one. All I am doing is really setting up "The loyal and the Betrayed" which is the town recovery, and all of that... I could have rolled this story into that one... but Marshall-Lee and Aiden would have gotten lost in that heavy plot line... I wanted to give them some room to breathe on their own, and establish that Axl and Ollie are dating properly before doing that. I have about five chapters written... not sure how many more beyond that, a couple I think. No more than 8 for this one. Short story/novella just to ... cleanse the palate and give me a chance to rest and write something silly and fun.

dunno yet tbh, I wrote am writing this to take a break from some pretty heavy writing. Jason Jensen is a VERY heavy write... so wanted something charming. I don't think there's going to be death defying stuff going on. Just Axl and Ollie finding something in each other. Probably some squabbles like new couples who aren't used to dating often do. Chapter 4: Sausage Delivery Protocol 2 (The Stuffed Crust Is Extra) The three days between Orel's proposition and Friday night were the longest of Axl Fraser's life. Not because he was nervous. Cam's a really sweet guy, given the time I figured he'd probably work the desk at the hotel. Levesque is one of those men that would find a job for someone he went through battle with. And I like that Cam has a chill attitude, tempered by both Elias/Theo and Timmy/Bobby. To him it's not about what, but rather who the person is.

Timmy would like to point out that, though he did spend a lot of time in Well's as a child, and yes he did have a dog. He's gotten quite adept at climbing... and somewhere last winter, the Dog ran off with a poodle!

I didn't know this, but this is my 500th released chapter of the past 12 months. A lot of it is my two chapters a day rule. A lot of it is my screwing up the publish button *ahem shhh I'm still really ashamed of that* i have a massive back catalogue. Ten years of saved stuff I dip into, recycle, rework, and turn into stuff. Mostly it's me up at 3-4am, hammering at my keyboard inhaling coffee and not looking up till about noon for lunch. But you know what really... REALLY makes me do this? Being read, and enjoyed. It's looking up and seeing thirty to forty people in an hour grabbing my chapters and devouring them. It keeps me working harder, because I like that feeling. I turned 48 yesterday... I started writing when I was 14. Thirty four years... I released Carter's Army in 2005 on Nifty... and then the Falcon Banner... I've been writing Carter books for decades... and I love writing them. Thank you. I just... wanted to share that... Thank you.

Also Axl only leaves them alone during the day. All other night situations, presume that Mike Fraser is in the house, just asleep. Axl does address this in the text in a future chapter. That they come with him at night, he never leaves them alone in the house over night alone.

definitely an American thing. At least in England and Canada, we're taught that a consenting adult is exactly that, and to mind our own business when it comes to what consenting adults do. When I was younger I was dating a 25 year old named Wil. Best relationship of my life, and have no regrets about it and no one said a word. I've also been 30 dating a 19 year old in Australia... i was TEASED mercilessly for being a daddy... by him... but no one else really said anything or even looked at it. We were left alone.
