The Coven of Love is a bit... I blame painkillers yeah... totally high as a kite when writing that one. You should see the chaos when I write a Christmas time, and get tipsy on Bailey's coffee. There is a K-pop Space Twink thing that we should never, ever, EVER speak of again... :: hangs head in shame ::

It's three-to-Four am starts, a lot of writing before dawn (I am currently on my first chapter of the day. It's slow going today because I have a touch of a headache) I try to get two do every day. And a lot of work is already written. The Charlie books, releasing a the same time, are already finished through book IV. This one is finished as well, it's sitting at 20 chapters... the next one is the one I am working on, I am on chapter 23... up to our neck in mud during the Siege of Antioch... I've pushed a bit hard this weekend, but it pays off. I love just tapping away at all hours, I sleep a little in the afternoon, then relax in the evening before sleep then up to do it again. I have nothing else on, and this keeps me from going insane.

Ch4 The morning of departure dawned gray and restless, with a wind off the sea that tugged at tent ropes and sent banners snapping like anxious birds. Operation: Recourse the idea is to tip a minority government into a war vote to join the Iraq war. Canada historically very nearly passed the vote, missing by just a couple of votes. My logic being, what would it take to tip the scale.

It very much was, Book two is dealing with the Siege of Antioch, and man there are so many catastrophe's on both sides, utter insanity, and astounding levels of incompetence.

There are three more: Lloyd (Val's Squire, a grumbling ball of complaining that everyone loves) Julian (Lord Haskal's Squire and Wylan's best friend) and Bran (Wylan's dog as promised to @drpaladin ) (Stephen who comes along much later is more a character for the second book, but one more member of this little found family)
