hi rick sorry that you are still under the weather make sure you are doing all you can to help the meds do their job, eat well, get some good rest my day was a good one, the kids did the menu and shopping again so i didn't have to deal with that (yay me!) i sorted out some embroidery floss for a new project yesterday, but didn't get it started (a nap was calling my name) we've had dinner and prep for this week is mostly done

fingers crossed it stays north! i'm going to call it a day, so i'll say good night Sirs and good night friends i hope that everyone had a good day, and has a restful night see you tomorrow

i made sure i did that today, took a walk around our cul de sac i need to remember to do it everyday remember to breathe too Wayne you take care rick, try to get some rest thanks rick. it feels good to have all my hours back. i feel like i can get back on top of my work and not just play catch up. amidst all the drama, we did get good news on Phil's eyes. the injections are keeping the swelling down enough that He can go get an eye exam to update his prescription so He'll set up that appointment and we'll go through the regular routine in a month

what an interesting thing to flavor the rum with & it must be good if it won an award

how about some ice water & a brisk walk. that helps me sometimes

i sure as heck hope one day it'll all make sense. y'all have a good day too

@MichaelS36 @MacGreg @Mikiesboy @chris191070 @Kitt @kbois @Starrynight22 @Brayon @Fae Briona (i don't think i missed anyone, did i?) thank you for all the notes, and the angry faces, lol! i read them all to Phil, Kitt's frying pan comment made him chuckle to be clear, this wasn't a decision made by the doctor, it was made by the higher ups with the health care provider, a big insurance/hospital outfit here. the doctor also was not happy. every time a patient was done with treatment, he'd lose a nurse or medical assistant to escort them downstairs. Phil said there was an elderly woman in a wheelchair all by herself i'm not debating the whole distancing thing, or crowd avoidance, i get that. but come on. and there was no mention of this in the confirmation phone call, i know, i took the call it also meant that i did not get to talk to the care team as i usually do when He's done. He's not sedated for this, but i like to get the information on the swelling and the pressures in His eyes from them once He was settled on the bed, He sent an email through the online patient portal. it's not going to change policy, and we'll likely have the same scenario next month thanks again, from Him and me

anger ahead..... you may now return to your normal routine ...

Sirs & friends... remember last week i told you my lab managers were asking to have my furlough ended? well it was approved. no more Monday's off, no more Monday night anxiety. just wanted to let all y'all know.
