  1. Reader, i feel that deeply Number One Son will take all bugs he's able to catch in the house and let them go outside i prefer Reader's method, squish it, then squish it more, then stomp on it before flushing..... yup, this is me!

  9. good night Sirs good night friends it was an incredibly busy day, but we had a mostly positive "All Hands Meeting" today @Fae Briona i hope the weather calms a bit for you @Reader1810 that is a very cool tidbit about your teacher @Brayon so very sorry you haven't been able to see Mom, even knowing that "It's for the best" doesn't help any. maybe, one of the caregivers can bring her to the door so you can wave and blow kisses? now i'm off to bed i hope you all have a good night, see you tomorrow

  12. sounds like a wonderfully doable "To Do" list!
  13. we've have 37+ staff across our 3 locations go on furlough, either full time, we'll see you in July, or they're furloughed one day a week. our CEO sent a meeting invite for an "all hands town hall" meeting for Thursday afternoon. Part of the meeting will be the Q1 wrap up, and there may be more cuts. but it's out of my hands, and between now and then we have other things to deal with so i've just put it on the back burner. take care, rick, be well and stay safe
  14. sorry you had wack jobs today. i got to spend time answering everybody's questions & not getting my work done i actually heard (via email) i had no idea there was an actual procedure for that..... at least it wasn't half as bad as yesterday and i'm logged off until tomorrow

  16. good night Sirs good night friends sleep well, see you tomorrow
  17. so....... this t-shirt popped up today when i was bouncing around the internet made me think of our friend @Wayne Gray
  18. watched two movies tonight both were good, in different ways CODE 8 was a very tense, indie SciFi piece. they raised over $2 Million in a kickstarter campaign. had some difficult themes but it was well done. i'd watch it again, and pay more attention the second time ANGEL HAS FALLEN the third in a trilogy, very loud, lots of explosions and gun fire. tired premise vaunted secret service agent (Gerard Butler) gets set up and is accused of trying to assassinate the president (Morgan Freeman). however, i like a good action movie and i think that the acting in this one pushed it from the "this is tired" category to the "this was fun." if it's on, i wouldn't turn it off hope everyone has, or has had, a good evening
  19. i must have a bit of cabin fever, never would i have been so excited to hear Phil say "Dammit! We're out of ice. We'll need to go pick some up." i said, "i'll get the keys and some change if You'll drive." and my shoes were on and i was waiting at the door so off we went to get ice! lol!
  20. ohhhhh i like her recipes! i'm hoping for this as well. the hardest part of my commute these days is making sure i don't trip over a dog, no traffic jams or trains to wait on dinner at an earlier hour. and honestly, although i miss the people, i don't miss the bone chilling cold or the dust and dirt and noise i'm catching up on GA today, my phone finally died last week (it was almost 5 years old) and we were able to get a new one late yesterday and i spent the night getting it programmed etc. hope it's a good day where you are!
  21. thanks tim! i just subscribed and will enjoy this i'm sure! @rickproehl here in the US it's CALM Specifics Kids, it's by Natural Vitality. i'm finding that my mind wander less, even with all the noise and activity behind me here at the house (Phil working from the couch in the living room, 2 dogs, all three kids 😮 ) don't forget rick, talk to someone, your family, us, it's always better to get these things out than keep them in.
  22. good night Sirs g'night friends sleep well see you tomorrow
