    Better now rick this morning started with horrible thunderstorms & flooded roads it's still dark and windy, but as there were no leftovers last night, i had a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with some yogurt for lunch & now i'm having a cup of my orange & cinnamon spice tea with a cookie how are you?

    i figured i'd better check with her since this is unusual, not the run of the mill viruses. with the recent changes we've made to our bedtime routine, this is no longer as big an issue as it used to be, thank you very much!

    since i take an immunosuppressive med, i sent a message to my rheumatologist. she said to just be careful, avoid crowds, wash my hands, make sure the family washes well & regularly. she also mentioned to eat well, get my rest. our bodies are better able to fight off germs if we are well fed & rested. thanks Wayne, for starting a sane, sensible discussion of this issue.

    hi Thorn! slept well, & the coffee is hot. there are severe storms (rain, wind, possible hail) so we'll see how today unfolds. how was D&D?

    i love Christmas mornings too, i'm almost sad that there aren't people in my house as excited as Grant on that morning anymore oh yes, handwritten notes, what a gift they are...... only about 96 hours to the next chapter @empresslovesreading

    hi rick the car show was good. 480+ cars, and 2 WWII era planes, a B52 known as Devil Dog was giving rides , so was a vintage helicopter the sun was nice, but the wind was chilly how was your day?

    dont be surprised when you complain to your manager about other departments & he says well how can we fix it? & you respond they need more training & he says I agree lets schedule that next week & you can lead a training session me & my big mouth.....
