    it really hit the spot, and there was some fresh fruit (watermelon and grapes) to go with it with my big cast iron griddle pan, it comes together pretty quickly

    nice easy dinner (ham & cheese w/scrambled eggs on biscuits) then a quiet night on the couch

    Sunday's are when i try to get the house back in shape. about the pumpkin pie spice, i like pumpkin pie & pumpkin pie cheesecake do i thought, what the heck?

    morning rick! it's good so far. Number One Son bought the coffee this morning 😁 laundry has been sorted & started, groceries picked up & put away, my breakfasts have been prepped for the week. looking forward to a productive day. @Reader1810 i'm experimenting with pumpkin pie spice in my oatmeal this week, since apple pie spice was so good. i'll let you know how it goes. how are you rick?

    @Reader1810 you take care of yourself! @rickproehl sounds like a great day indeed! we had a good morning, got all the errands done early, then i had a nice nap Phil and Number Two wanted cheeseburgers so they made a run to Whataburger i have some reading to do, but i'll be around!

    @Fae Briona a road trip to somewhere warm sounds like a great idea @Brayon i didn't realize Samhain was the start of a new spiritual year, hope you are well @rickproehl my day started really lousy, and got better over time, but still wasn't spectacular hope everyone is well tonight

    yeah, the rain you don't have to shovel but it makes my joints ache all the same. we'll have a light freeze tonight other than that, things are going pretty well. work is still really busy, we'll probably have another record month once billing is done tomorrow but our manager is big on rewarding hard work so we've had a couple of celebrations

    same weather here rick, it's awful! i understand about that feeling at work i hope it gets better soon
