I'm going to give you an example how that clause works.
Asian elephants have populations throughout SE Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. By this clause, I can't target a population of Asian elephants living in Thailand, but I could target a population living in India.
That's the reason I added, "any populations of other species within SE Asia."
You are flagrantly ignoring what is written in the agreement, shame on you!
Were you inspired by a fellow septuagenarian living in a certain Floridian resort?
No harm to those areas? Is that it's own clause?
Nope!
Clause 8 says I cannot nuke any part of SE Asia. And since I nuked a country beyond SE Asia, I am still acting within bounds of the agreement.
Clause 9 says I cannot target endemic species of SE Asia, and since I did not, I'm in the clear there as well.
Oh, and Clause 5 only bans harm against SE Asians in our herds, and since neither of us have Indonesians in our herds...
Therefore I didn't violate that clause.
