    Btw, a couple of months ago, I dropped non-nuclear explosives on Vietnam. Just this month, I nuked Imphal, India (not far from the border with Myanmar). And I nuked Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia (south of Indonesia). And yet, with these instances, Terry didn't raise a peep about me "breaking" the agreement. But it's today's nuking that breaches the agreement? This shows just how arbitrary, irrational, and inconsistent he is in his decision-making as a judge... Which would make him the perfect appointee to SCOTUS, under Ron or Don!

    I'm going to give you an example how that clause works. Asian elephants have populations throughout SE Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. By this clause, I can't target a population of Asian elephants living in Thailand, but I could target a population living in India. That's the reason I added, "any populations of other species within SE Asia."

    No harm to those areas? Is that it's own clause? Nope! Clause 8 says I cannot nuke any part of SE Asia. And since I nuked a country beyond SE Asia, I am still acting within bounds of the agreement. Clause 9 says I cannot target endemic species of SE Asia, and since I did not, I'm in the clear there as well.

    Oh, and Clause 5 only bans harm against SE Asians in our herds, and since neither of us have Indonesians in our herds... Therefore I didn't violate that clause.
