    I made chicken schnitzel (with tonkatsu sauce) and cauliflower/broccoli cheese. It was so good I had a big smile on my face as I finished. Got some spare for sandwiches tomorrow

    I looked at it a few years ago, I think there are direct flights from Brisbane. I was going to use a tax refund to do Hawaii and Japan as a double act.
