    So mean With all this talk of cauliflower, I might just have to make some cauliflower cheese for dinner tonight. It always seems better with a bitey cheese in the white sauce. I have some good cheese and it seems wrong to add it to the sauce but it’s so tempting

    It is a bit cold today but we had a really wet day on Wednesday. You couldn’t see anything beyond 50m and then it stopped and then rained again and stopped and rained... a cold front moved through and now it’s just cold I would really rather your warmer weather
