    We are having really chilly mornings here - bluefish cold Another day in the office trying to get the most people in the biggest space. The physical distancing rules are making life a little bit more complicated. Val's dinner got me thinking, it is soup weather here. Walking outside at lunchtime with the sun on my back, oh it was soooooooo good

    It must be time to use up leftovers. I made mini pizzas with some leftover Tuscan chicken. It was so good I might actually make it more regularly.

    Tp is important We seem to have gotten over all that panic although flour is still being used a lot as sour dough becomes the new craze I have been supporting our local baker buying date clusters mmmmmmm so good and dates are fruit so it must be good for you

    No meetings so I am WFH. The internet has been really crappy but I found out why... 3 out of 4 towers servicing my house are undergoing maintenance It is a scheduled upgrade, planned to occur during the day so there were less interruptions to when people normally used the net. And it is being done in 4 hour blocks, perfect in the morning and then crap after lunch. So the good news is my service will dramatically improve the bad news is I have more work planned.

    Sanitizer is shockingly expensive. Don’t forget soap and water works very very well We seem to have gotten over the food shortages, toilet paper is available. The pricing is a bit hard to judge but it doesn’t to be too bad

    I found purple potatoes I made mini frittatas? White and purple potatoes, chives, egg topped with Moroccan spices in pita bread cases. It was a “use up the pantry items” kind of deal The colour was awesome, they leaked purple on the cutting board. Purple Cosmos I think they were called. No mushrooms Val, it’s safe to come out The bad news is they are on my shopping list
